Kylie offers calm, grounded guidance that helps the body settle and the mind soften. Her teaching style is down-to-earth, gently reflective, and deeply supportive, creating a sense of safety without striving or performance. After experiencing burnout in the corporate world, Kylie was drawn to practices that support balance and nervous system regulation. That understanding now shapes her work — where movement, meditation, and music are used intentionally to help people feel more steady, present, and resourced. With training across yoga, meditation, and sound healing, Kylie guides practices that are simple, spacious, and accessible, meeting people where they are. She co-hosts Sage Manor Retreat Space with her long-time partner Jason — a quiet sanctuary in nature, where animals and the rhythms of the land often weave their way into sessions. Come as you are.
