Kirsten is an explorer of the mind and deeply curious about what it means to be a sentient being. She spent several months in Tiruvannamalai, India at the Sri Ramanasramam, home of Ramana Maharshi, and studied Krishnamurti’s works at the Krishnamurti Centre in Victoria, Canada and Vasanta Vihar in Chennai, India. She regularly attends retreats in Buddhist and other traditions new and old. Her wish is to offer back what she has learned from these teachings and practices so they can be of as much benefit to you as they have been to her, and for you to join her on a collective deep dive into the nature of consciousness.
