Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, or simply disconnected from yourself, this practice offers a supportive space to pause, reset, and remember that peace is always available in this moment. This meditation is wonderful to practice in the morning to begin your day with intention, during a busy or stressful day, before sleep to help unwind, or anytime you need to reconnect with yourself.
