Bringing positivity and focus.

Find a quiet and comfortable space to sit or lie down,

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to centre yourself.

Repeat the following affirmations either silently in your mind or out loud,

Allowing each one to resonate with you.

Take your time with each affirmation and try to cultivate a sense of calm and gratitude.

I'll begin.

I am grateful for this new day and the opportunities it brings.

I trust in my ability to navigate through any challenges that may arise.

My mind is clear and my body is energised for the day ahead.

I am worthy of love,

Success and happiness.
