Finding yourself in a comfortable position,

Seated or laying down,

Taking a nice big breath.

And when you're ready,

Closing your eyes and imagining a beautiful golden light shining high above you.

Now,

Feel this golden light flowing down onto the top of your head,

Relaxing and glowing.

And flowing down into your forehead,

Glowing and relaxing.

Feel this golden light relaxing and calming your mind.

Now feel the golden light easing and relaxing your forehead,

Smoothing out any frown lines,

Relaxing and easing.

Feel the relaxation and the relaxing golden light flowing down into your eyes,

Easing all the little muscles around your eyes.

Feel how relaxed they are and the golden light flows down your face,

Relaxing and softening your features,

Relaxing your jaw and allowing a little space between your teeth.

And as you relax your jaw,

Take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath and as you breathe out again,

You will relax more and more.

Now feel the golden energy flowing down into your neck,

Relaxing all the bones and ligaments and flowing down into your shoulders,

Feeling your shoulders relaxing and calming,

Coming down,

Shoulders coming down.

Picture the golden light moving down into your upper arms and elbows,

Right down into your lower arms,

Wrists and hands and moving right down to the tips of your fingers.

And you are relaxing well and letting go.

Feel this relaxation flowing away,

Flowing away any tension in your body.

Feel the golden light entering your shoulders and flowing up and down your back,

Soothing and relaxing,

Completely relaxing your back,

Your chest,

Your stomach and the whole trunk of your body,

Relaxing and soothing and calming.

This golden light flows down into your hips and lower back,

Down and down into the thighs.

Feel your thighs really sinking into the chair and you relax more and more and deeper and deeper,

Down and down,

Relaxing your legs,

Relaxing your knees,

All the way down your calves,

Ankles and feet and flowing right to the tips of your toes.

And as you relax,

You feel,

Notice,

See this golden light surrounding you,

Filling you.

And this golden light makes you feel so very relaxed.

Take some time to just enjoy this relaxation.

And as you enjoy this relaxation,

Just become aware of your breath as it moves in and out through your nose.

And you can either stay in this relaxed place,

Enjoying this golden light,

Or when you're ready,

You can start to wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes,

Starting to stretch and move the body.

And when you're ready,

You can come back to your place,

Come back to your room and open your eyes.
