Hello and welcome to your meditation.
In this meditation,
I am hoping that you feel your worthiness,
You find worthiness through your whole being,
And knowing that you have a divine right in this life to feel worthy.
To begin,
Take a deep exhale.
Inhaling deep,
Filling all that space that you just created with a fresh cleansing breath.
Finding yourself in an easy seat with your spine long,
Feeling the energy from where your tailbone meets what it's connected to and feeling the energy raising up your entire spine,
Allowing the crown of your head to reach up towards the sky a little bit more.
Allow your shoulders to soften by your back body and allow your heart to shine up towards the sky.
Breathing deep into all those spaces.
Feeling your breath,
Filling all of your body.
And if it feels right,
Allowing your eyes to soften.
Turning your attention inwards.
Feeling your breath.
Feeling your body.
Gently in your mind's eye allowing the face of your favorite human or being to come into view.
Seeing them sitting in front of you.
Seeing them look at you with love and admiration.
Feeling yourself feel the energy of how much you love and admire the person in front of you.
Maybe even holding their hands in your hands.
And saying to them,
You are worthy of being happy.
You are worthy of being loved.
You are worthy of being healthy,
Happy and at peace.
Saying to them,
You are worthy of being happy.
You are worthy of happiness.
You are worthy of happiness,
Healthiness,
And being at peace.
Feeling that energy going into that person you love.
Feeling those words strong in your being for your favorite person,
For your favorite being.
Seeing them shine as they hear your words land on them.
Taking a moment of admiring them.
Feeling that love and that connection.
Feeling that love shine on them.
Feeling all of that love and admiration shine from your body into them.
Allowing them to feel their worthiness.
Believing that they are worthy of happiness,
Of love,
Of healthiness,
Of peace.
Feeling all of that into that person that you love and admire.
And then slowly beginning to listen to their words as they look you in your eyes,
Holding your hands,
And they say to you,
You are worthy of happiness.
You are worthy of love.
Of love.
You are worthy of healthiness.
You are worthy of peace.
Looking directly into the person that you love and hearing those words land on you.
You are worthy of love.
You are worthy of happiness.
You are worthy of healthiness.
You are worthy of peace.
Feeling your whole body hearing those words.
Feeling that worthiness enter your entire being as you hear the words from that person you love and admire so much say to you,
You are worthy of happiness.
You are worthy of love.
You are worthy of healthiness.
You are worthy to have and feel peace through your whole body.
Feeling their hands and yours.
Feeling your eyes connected to theirs.
Believe those words that they are saying to you in this moment,
Here and now.
Here and now.
Take a full inhale.
Exhale with a sigh.
Allow yourself to feel the worthiness shining through your whole body.
And slowly keeping that love and that energy in your body.
Allow the image of that favorite person,
That favorite being to fade away.
Feeling yourself back in your space that you are currently in.
Before opening your eyes,
Taking in the surroundings that are around you.
Full breath out.
Allowing yourself to sit in your worthiness for as long as you need today.
Knowing you're worthy.
