The fourth micro practice is called body like a mountain,
Heart like the ocean,
Mind like the clear blue sky.
Taking a moment to arrive in the body,
Feeling the feet on the ground,
The hands resting on the thighs,
The upper body is poised,
Dignified.
Slowly now connecting with the subtle movements of the breath and the body,
Sensing the whole body breathing,
Sensing the whole body being alive.
And now remaining with the body present like a mountain,
Remaining with the heart open like the ocean,
Remaining with the mind expansive like the blue sky.
Body like a mountain,
