For taking this precious time to pause and say good morning to yourself and not just rush into your day.
This is a valuable part of today.
It will set a purposeful tone for your waking hours and it will allow you to be more focused,
Alert and productive.
As we spend this time together,
You might start to notice thoughts,
Worries or your active mind trying to jump in and plan your day.
Notice your brain trying to multitask and make your to-do list.
As those thoughts enter your mind,
Simply escort them gently off to the side,
Out of your view and know that you will get to each one of them in time.
Now close your eyes and feel your body.
Take a moment and roll your head from side to side as you relax into your space.
You can wiggle your toes and your fingers.
Do what you need to,
To really feel into your body.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Listen to the sound of your breath as it leaves your body.
We're going to do that two more times,
Focusing on the audible nature of your breath.
Breathe in,
Feel the air expanding your lungs,
Waking up your insides and exhale when you're ready.
One more,
A deep breath in,
Allowing the possibilities of the day to ride on your breath and exhale.
Stay in this quiet space for a few moments.
Feel the peace flowing to you with each breath.
There is a sacred space between your heart and your head,
A quiet space where there is nothing to accomplish,
Where you can feel the peace taking presence in your body because you are allowing yourself to just be,
Accepting what is.
Consider a blank canvas in front of you,
A big beautiful blank canvas of another day on this planet.
You are the creator of this peace and this piece of art is your today.
You are uniquely qualified to make it whatever you desire.
First,
Prime your canvas with gratitude.
Use a base coat of thankfulness for the new day,
A new day to create,
To explore who you are,
To offer kindness to the world and to experience joy.
Next,
What qualities do you want to bring to your day?
Paint those words or images on your canvas.
Allow the qualities to come to you,
No need to force them.
Keep picturing what the day could feel like and see it come to life on your canvas.

Take a moment and look at your creation.
Picture having the gratitude,
The intentions and the love intertwined into the fabric of your day.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
