When you are ready,
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in,
Hold for 3 seconds and release through the mouth.
Take another deep breath in to the light,
Hold for 3,

1 and release all negative energy through the mouth.
Take another deep breath in to the light,
Hold for 3,
2,
1 and release all negative energy through the mouth.
Now feel your body in this specific place.
Adjust yourself accordingly so that you can sit peacefully for a longer time.
As you keep breathing deeply,
Focus only on my voice.
Feel your body filling with soft and peaceful energy.
You feel calm and relaxed with every word I speak.
Imagine big bright light shining a few feet above your head.
This bright light is shining only on you.
Feel the warmth of this powerful light.
You feel as though you are enveloped in a guarding blanket of love.
Feel the essence of pure love.
This pure love is filling your heart with unconditional love to the extent that it starts overflowing.
This love starts filling your whole body and is overflowing all around you.
With all this soft and peaceful loving energy,
You are feeling lighter and lighter.
Feel yourself being so lightweight that you start floating up in to this light.
As you go up,
See your specific person holding your hand tightly.
They want to stop you but you keep getting lighter and floating upwards.
Slowly,
You are floating up in to this light.
Your person is also floating up with you holding your hand.
They seem to be fearful of floating like this but you feel like smiling.
Smile as much as you want.
Slowly and slowly going upwards towards this light.
Going up and up.
Slowly going up.
Taking your person with you.
Flowing up and up.
Getting closer and closer to the divine light.
Slowly going up.
Closer and closer to this ball of divine light.
This is the light of souls.
This is the source.
And you are getting closer and closer in to this light.
Your person has no option but to let you lead.
Slowly your head enters in to the ball of light.
And then your shoulders.
And you feel a powerful energy of love that you never experienced.
Slowly floating upwards,
Your whole body,
Upper body,
Waist,
Torso,
Thighs,
Knees,
Arms and legs all merges in to the light.
And with you,
Your specific person is also coming up in to the light.
In to this ball of light you can't see but just white light all around both of you.
Feel the powerful essence of love in every bit of your entire being.
Feel this love.
There is no need to overthink about anything.
See the person in front of you bathing in to the same light and energies as you.
They are as filled with light as you are.
Now in this place you two are one.
There is no separation.
Only unity.
Whatever you feel,
They feel the same.
Whatever you experience,
They experience the same.
There is no separation.
So now wade in to this light and look in to their eyes and you can see their soul.
There is one with your soul.
There is no need for clarification or to ask them any questions related to your separation.
You feel no need for any explanation as everything of the past turns in to the light.
Every past struggle and negative experience is turning in to divine light.
Everything within you and around you is light.
There is nothing but light.
Divine light.
The light of great central sun.
Now embrace your person.
Feel them merging in to you and still be in front of you.
Hold their hands tightly.
Feel the power of love.
Feel the connection getting stronger.
There is no separation between you two in any lifetime dimension,
Spaces,
Incarnations,
Reality and universes.
Every negative is cleared between you two from all ancestral lineages and bloodlines at all levels of your entirety.
Stay in this moment as long as you want.

Now once you feel deeply full with the essence of this divine energy and feel one with your partner.

Slowly you start descending.
Your hands are tightly holding your person's hand.
Descending down and down slowly.

Reaching back in to your room.
Feel the familiar environment.
You can now hear all the noises.
See your person dissolving in light knowing that they can feel everything and experience the same.
You two are one and there is no separation.
Feel the smile on your face getting bigger and bigger with each breath.
Now you are this divine light in this world.
You can come back to this meditation anytime you want to bathe in to this eternal blissful energy of unconditional love.
You can bring other people with you as well to be in unity with them.
Now the count of three will come back.
Three.
Come back slowly.
Wiggle your toes.
Two.
Two.
Move your body a little bit.
And one.
Open your eyes and welcome back to the world with peace,
Tranquility and unity consciousness.
You can spend some time self-meditating and enjoying this energy with you that you now carry forward in your life.
