Now let's meditate.
We've talked about your fear when it comes to money.
We've talked about the lack of money even when you have it feeling like there's lack.
We talked about lusting after money just wanting more and more and just not having enough that lack but just the greed and it creates that yucky feeling inside of you.
Sometimes you have so many yucky feelings that you just let go and you just get numb but you want to feel.
You want to feel so bad.
You want to feel something so you try to connect but the connection isn't there because you feel misunderstood.
You feel misunderstood so much that it just tires you out and you say no I can't do it anymore.
Let me just separate myself from these people.
There's nobody like me but there is.
You are not alone.
First of all I am here with you.
Thank you for being here with me.
So just take a breath.
There you go.
Take a breath.
Go ahead and deepen that breath.
I mean really breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Good.
And then go ahead and take an even longer deeper breath and I want you to intentionally send it to your belly.
Got it?
You're taking a deep breath in through your nose.
You're sending that breath to your belly.
Expanding your belly.
Big.
Just let it expand.
Don't you worry about anything else but focusing on expanding that belly.
Hold that breath.
Very good.
And now let that breath go.
You're gonna contract your belly like pull it in,
Pull it in,
Get all of that old air out of there.
Push it out.
I want you to do that one more time for me please.
Breathe in through your nose.
Pushing that air down to your belly.
Intentionally expanding your belly.
You're gonna push back on that vagus nerve behind your belly.
You're holding.
Holding that breath in your belly and then you let it out.
Let it go.
Let it loose.
All of it.
Contract your belly.
Squeeze it in.
Squeeze that belly and as you squeeze that belly just let go and breathe normally and naturally as you release the tension,
The stress from your body.
Remember your ABCs.
Have an attitude of nonchalance.
It's okay.
It's okay.
Just suspend those beliefs.
Let them go.
I know they've taken you this far but let them go and get comfortable.
Just be comfortable with yourself.
Accept yourself.
I know it's easier said than done but just breathe.
Just accept your breath however it comes.
Maybe you don't breathe like everybody else.
Maybe you do.
Maybe you're the best breather in the world.
Maybe you're not but whatever it is you've got it.
This is what you have right now.
So be thankful.

Feel this breath.
You are not numb.
You can feel.
And anywhere where you told yourself you didn't want to feel,
Please delete it.
Let it go.
Let it loose.

Sink into the surface underneath you.
Feel the surface underneath you.
Feel the skin.
Feel the air on your skin.
And now let that sink internally.
Feel.
Full your breath as you fill up your belly.
Feel that belly.
Feel it.
F-I-L-L.
And feel it.
F-E-E-L.
If you want to visualize those words you can.
I feel that breath going in and out of your body.
Each breath cleaning you.
Clearing you.
Cleansing all of that old belief out of your body.
As you connect.
You first connect with yourself.
As you search for meaning over money.
The search is within you.
There you go.
That talent that's inside of you.
That power.
The knowing.
Be with it.
Breathe.
Feel the breath.
Connect with yourself.
Understanding what's important to you.
Really important.
Not those fleeting pleasures.
Go deeper.
And deeper.
Even deeper.
Sinking.
Sinking with yourself.
Aligning to yourself.
Just be.
Very good.
Every breath you take releases that old numbness.
It releases the disconnection anywhere where you told yourself that you were disconnected from others.

There's a tribe.
A group.
A collection.
Thought leaders just like you.
You are attracted to them and they are attracted to you.
You are here now.
Feel the connection.
And anywhere where you told yourself you were misunderstood.
People didn't understand you.
They don't get you.
Please delete it.
Let it go.
Let it loose.
Understand that you stand out.
Understand that you accept yourself.
Understand that you're on a mission.
You have a mission.
That mission is going to bring you closer.
It's going to help you sink with yourself.
Align with your tribe.
You don't have to worry about finding your tribe.
It's all coming together.
You create it through your thoughts,
Your feelings,
And your actions.
So anywhere where you told yourself you had to do hard work,
Please delete it.
Let it go.
Let it loose.
Just ask the universe,
Lead me.
Lead me.

Tell me where to go.
What to do.
How to get there.
Just ask for guidance and be open to that guidance.
Receive that guidance right now.
You are not alone.
I am here with you.
Your tribe is coming.
You do not need to be rescued.
You are powerful beyond belief.
There is no way of measuring your power.
As you expand that power in your life,
The walls that break down that power are removed.
The walls that water down your power are gone.
The walls that contain your power have crumbled.
Your power is released out into the universe.
Just say to yourself,
I am so powerful that I am at peace.
I am so powerful that I am at peace.

Just be with that power.

Knowing that you can return here anytime you want to.
Just recall the name you gave it.
I call it peace.
You go quickly,
Calmly and deeply to this place.

Let's move this feeling from your subconscious brain to your conscious brain.
This is your mission feeling.
As you count from 1 up to 5,
Beginning to go towards your purpose,
Your meaning,
Your mission.
Taking that first step,
