This is a good meditation for those who are feeling money stress or have a money goal that you can't seem to reach, this meditation is for you. Today we are going to meditate the pain away.

The pain of not having enough.

The pain associated with focusing on others.

The pain of being distracted.

Desperate.

Jealous.

Today you can let that all go.

And all you have to do is turn within.

And you do that by first focusing on your breath.

And you can do this with your eyes open or closed.

Just have an attitude of nonchalance.

And with your attitude of nonchalance allow yourself to suspend your beliefs.

Let go of what you used to believe about money or even yourself with money or without it.

Let it go.

Just for today.

Just for this moment.

As you breathe,

You're breathing in slowly and you're breathing through your nose.

And you're sending that breath down to your belly.

And as you send that air down to your belly,

Your belly expands.

Pushing back on your vagus nerve.

And your vagus nerve sends calm,

Optimal brain signal.

Calm,

Optimal signals to your brain.

And you become more comfortable.

So A,

Have an attitude of nonchalance.

B,

Suspend your beliefs.

C,

Get comfortable so you can connect.

Connect with yourself.

As you breathe,

Breathe.

Breathe deeper.

Slowly letting go.

And I'm so glad you are here with me.

And it's time for you to appreciate yourself.

Letting go of the shame,

The doubt.

Even the fear and lack we've cleared before,

You can let that go too.

As you breathe,

Breathe in through your nose.

Taking a deep breath in.

Let it out through your mouth.

Allow yourself to sink into the surface underneath you.

As you go deeper.

Deeper.

And even deeper.

Letting go.

Letting loose.

Ready to delete these old feelings that no longer serve you.

And anywhere where you felt greed.

Feeling like you had to take somebody else's.

Let it go.

Let it loose.

Release it.

Good.

And every time I snap my finger.

Your negative money emotions release from your body just like that.

And anywhere where you felt desperate for money.

Let it go.

Anywhere where you told yourself you were running out of time.

Early sex.

Anywhere where you felt like you were a failure.

Delete it.

Let it go.

Let it loose.

Anywhere where you felt like you should know by now.

Delete.

Anywhere where you're comparing yourself to others.

Delete.

Release.

Let it go.

Anywhere where you feel shame.

Maybe shame for what you have.

Let it go.

Or shame for what you don't have yet.

Let it go.

Shame for what you know or don't know.

Even some things you may have done.

Shame for your thoughts.

Your desires.

Let them go.

Let them loose.

As you breathe out.

Letting the universe know that your desires are yours.

And you trust yourself.

And just say to yourself.

I trust myself.

As you breathe in.

Just breathe in that trust.

And you can breathe out that lust.

Breathe in trust.

Breathe out lust.

Letting go of the jealousy on the out breath.

Let go of the envy on the out breath.

The shame,

Let it go.

Breathe it out.

Desperation,

Let it go.

Breathe in trust.

Breathe out lust.

The guilt,

Let it go.

The greed,

It's gone too.

Any distractions.

Anywhere where you were influenced by others,

Let it go.

Any old habits,

Delete.

As you begin to trust yourself every day in every way.

More and more money comes your way.

Every day.

In every way.

Every day.

In every way.

Breathe in trust.

And breathe out lust.

Let it go.

Let it loose.

It no longer serves you.

As you breathe in that trust.

You fill up your body with this feeling of expectancy.

You just expect things to happen for your best and highest good.

And they always do.

As you believe it more and more every day in every way.

Because you breathe in trust.

And you breathe out lust.

Let it go.

Let it loose.

It no longer serves you.

And you no longer need it.

Everything you need you have inside of you already.

And it feels so good.

Feel that trust.

Feel it inside your body.

Wherever you like,

You just notice where it is in your body.

Just notice that spot in your body where the trust is.

Maybe it's in your gut.

Your power center.

Just be with it.

Be with it.

As you feel that trust well up in your body even more.

Feel your whole entire body with the trust.

Your whole body fills up with trust.

Every cell.

Every nerve ending.

Every piece of your body.

All from head to toe.

Filled with trust.

As you move from your subconscious brain to your conscious brain.

Taking this trust with you.

As you count from one up to five.

Taking the first step.

One.

And the next step.

Two.

Feeling your fingers and your toes.

Moving up.

Three.

Feeling the surface underneath you.

Four.

Moving up even more.

And five.

All the way up.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

And when you are ready,

You can open your eyes.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Eyes open.

Wide awake.

And take a deep breath in.

Let it out.

As you breathe in that trust,

Another deep breath in.

Let it out.

Anything that no longer serves you,

You can shake it off and come back to your body.

Feeling whole and complete.

So it is.
