"I Am Source" Affirmations - Remember How Powerful You Are

Hello beautiful soul,

It's time to remember how powerful you truly are! You are SOURCE. I designed these affirmations to help lock in this notion and cultivate deep remembrance.

Prepare yourself by creating a comfortable space for yourself, perhaps with a candle, some incense, whatever you like. Then sit or lie down comfortably, remove any distractions and allow yourself to be surprised. Headphones are recommended :).

After the affirmations please make sure to ground, drink plenty of water, have a light snack and do whatever else nourished you. Journalling can be very helpful to write down any insights and messages. Repeat them as many times as you like.
