Embrace Your Inner Goddess Affirmations

Hello beautiful soul,

You are such a beautiful, powerful God/Goddess, and these affirmations came into creation to remind you of who you truly are.

Prepare yourself by creating a comfortable space for yourself, perhaps with a candle, some incense, whatever you like. Then sit or lie down comfortably, remove any distractions, and allow yourself to be surprised. Headphones and an eye pillow are recommended. You can repeat the affirmations out loud, in your inner world, or simply listen and absorb.

After the affirmations, please make sure to ground, drink plenty of water, have a light snack, and do whatever else nourishes you. Journaling can be very helpful for writing down any insights and messages. Repeat them whenever and however often you're guided to.

Hello beautiful soul! Welcome to these Embracing Your Inner Goddess Affirmations. I use the word goddess. I am female, Identified myself, But I understand that you may prefer the word God. In that case, Whenever I say goddess, Replace it with the word God or something else that suits you more. I invite you to get comfortable in a seated or laying down position and you can repeat these affirmations in your mind's eye, Out loud, Or simply listen and absorb them. Whatever feels right for you in this moment. Okay, Let us begin. So, Finding your most comfortable position and starting to breathe a little deeper, Allowing the ribs to expand to the sides, To the back, And repeating that deep breath three times in total. Breathing in and letting go. Twice more, Breathing in and letting go. And one final deep breath, Breathing in. And now, Hopefully more relaxed, Closing down the eyes if you haven't done so yet, And allowing these words, These spells to wash over you. Starting to notice the clothes or blankets on your skin, The breath in your lungs, The beating of your heart and your chest. Noticing the surroundings, Bringing micro-movements back into your body, With your fingers, Your toes, And acknowledging how this body carries your god and goddess frequency. Seeing if a stretch or a bending of the knees into the chest is something you wish to do. Wish to gift your body. And then ever so gently opening your eyes again, Coming back into this 3D world.
