
Inhale Love, Exhale Fear - Guided Meditation

This guided meditation uses visualization to lead you to an abundant, open, free, loving feeling throughout your entire body. It is based on Kim's 4 pillars of Ignite Vision, which will be uploaded in a separate exercise for you.

Hello and welcome.
Welcome to this time.
As you're settling in,
Finding that connecting breath,
Feeling a sense of gratitude right now for whatever you did to be here present in this moment.
Finding a relaxing place for your physical body so we can get it out of the way a little bit as we are connecting to spirit,
To the peace of God,
The divine that's in us.
Settling in,
Relaxing your physical body,
Noticing any tension that might be present,
Maybe in your neck and your shoulders,
Letting them relax.
Setting a powerful intention for this time,
An intention that will connect us deeper,
Stronger to the true self,
Allowing the process to unfold perfectly,
Not judging any of it,
No matter what happens during this time.
Letting any thought that comes,
Moving to observer of it,
Noticing it as quickly as you can,
Realizing that you can't do this wrong.
However it flows and shows up is perfect,
Is really how it's done.
You're doing it perfectly.
And on your next breaths,
The inhale,
Finding the deep inhale and actually imagining love pouring into your body with your breath,
Using the breath as faith and love,
Inspiration,
Inhalation.
They are connected words.
And then on the exhale,
Imagine the exhale just being fear that's always present and letting that go for the next little bit during this exercise.
Inhaling love,
Aka faith,
Inhaling fear.
Spend a few moments really connecting that thought,
Those emotions and using the breath.
Inhaling deeper with that feeling of love,
Connection to the true self,
God,
The one,
The worthiness,
The perfection,
The unconditional feeling of I am.
And then letting go of any fear or chatter that your mind hangs onto,
Letting go of it with your exhale.
In fact,
On the inhale,
That faith field filled feeling is what is possible.
What is possible?
Feel that question and fill up your entire being with faith of what is possible.
Think in the category of physical health right now.
Just take that intentional question.
What is possible with my body?
Breathe in possibilities from faith and love.
And then let go of any thought or limiting belief with gratitude that you're letting it go.
Thank you,
Fear.
I got it.
Love has it.
Faith.
Faith will now replace you.
Feel that sense of gratitude for if it's already happening in the now,
Pillar three.
Thank you,
Faith.
And thank you,
Fear.

Breathe in faith.
What is possible with my body?
And let go of fear.
Relaxing even deeper with your physical body.
Realizing that things seen are created by things unseen,
Meaning unseen externally.
You create them in your faith seat,
Your imagination.
Allow an image to come to you.
What is possible with my physical body?
See it.
Look down at yourself as if you're in it right now.
Look down at yourself with faith,
With the eyes of pillar one,
Love,
Abundance.
All things are possible.
That excludes nothing.
All things are possible to him who has faith,
Creates it in the unseen before it is seen.
Gratitude.
Now,
The category of finances actually connected to purpose.
Breathe in faith with the question,
What is my purpose and what is possible?
With abundance,
With purpose,
With the value I'm bringing to the world,
With my message,
My value I bring with my pillar one alignment.
Let those images come to your mind.
What value and how is that connected to abundance financially for you?
Connect those two things as strongly as you can emotionally.
My purpose,
What I love,
My passion,
Knowing what will follow is abundance from our piece of the energy that creates worlds without number.
The sands of the beach.
Nature is abundant,
Living its purpose.
We experience abundance.
Get a sense of that for you.
What is possible?
Breathe in faith,
Exhale fear,
Shatter limiting beliefs.
See it in the now.
Let those images evolve,
Morph in your imagination,
Crystallize them,
Feel them now as if they are now.
The only time there is,
Is now.
Feel that you,
Get a sense of that you that's in that picture.
How do you feel when you are living your purpose?
When you are living abundantly,
Let your inhale swell with emotion,
Gratitude of that you that is pulling you right now.
It's the call of your soul.
And breathe out any thought,
Any other emotion,
Let that exhale out.
Breathing back in possibilities,
Love,
Faith with gratitude.
Now in the category of relationships that you have in your life,
Using the same pattern,
Feeling faith and love,
The connection to our true self,
The eyes of God that are already in us,
The eyes of the divine.
Allow an image or an awareness of a person in your life or people who either you are struggling with from your personal vantage point,
Or you know are struggling and that you love them.
Allow that person,
That situation to come from the category of relationships.
And shifting from fear or any negative emotion that that relationship represents.
Breathe in a new,
The faith-filled,
Love-connected vision.
Either of your response to that person or their hurting,
Their upset,
Their struggle.
But see them through the eyes of faith,
Pillar one.
See them now connecting to their pillar one inside them.
See them on the inhale.
Breathe in that faith image with that faith emotional connection to love for them,
As them.
Even see them as you feeling love,
Connected to the love they are.
And breathe out fear that you may have had for them.
Breathe that out.
Let that go.
Fill your entire being with faith and send it to them.
Allowing them,
Seeing them connecting to their true self,
Their love,
And allowing whatever thought you've previously felt or fear you have felt,
Allowing that to exhale out.
Exhale all the fear regarding that person.
They're on their path.
See them accepting the pillar oneness of themselves.
See their faces radiate love and peace.
Send that to them as you exhale your fear and concern for them.
And spend some time now doing that.
We've done here in this exercise with the pillar four trust.
Relow the how.
Stay in the what is possible question.
Stay in the emotional connection that it's already done with gratitude.
And let the fear of how it will happen go.
And watch with detached expectancy of the miracles that will show up.
And let go of how it will all happen.
It's none of our business.
It's not our lane.
Stay in faith that it's already done.
And pure trust.
This openness brings the flow of inspired ideas and actions.
We will hear and feel things,
Impulses,
Impressions,
Ideas will come of how we then will co-create with the energy and the love that creates worlds and live in our true nature as we let go and trust the process.
Imagine your hands now with all of the things you have felt in the what is possible question.
Now just open your hands and say I allow.
Thank you.
I trust.
Thank you.
Thank you.
And imagine God.
Imagine the universe.
Saying I got it.
I've been on it already.
And just waiting for us to let go.
Using the power that creates worlds,
The energy of love and faith.
And as we transition to journaling,
Allow these things that came to you just to start flowing on the paper.
Don't judge any of the process.
Say it as I am statements.
I'm grateful as if it's happening now or already happened.
It is finished.
It is done with gratitude.
