Coming comfortably into this space and into this time draw all aspects of self back into your body allow yourself to come home to your heart feeling the relief and tenderness of the present moment feel your body as it breathes feel your body as it breathes and feeling that breath as the connection to the river of life as you are being breathed,
Feeling that you are life itself and using your breath as an opportunity with each breath in to find space to breathe in light,
Grace,
Peace and ease imagine drawing that into every cell,
Every space into your mind and with each breath out letting go of that which you learn not to need breathing out anything that holds you back,
That drains your energy each breath in space,
Light,
Grace,
Each breath out letting go,
A sigh,
A release finding in that breath,
In that movement a great relief,
A knowing,
An understanding and a deep,
Deep gratitude,
Gratitude for this well of wisdom that lies inside yourself this well of knowing of presence of being as you come home into your body,
Into this space and time allow your heart to be filled with gratitude feel it pour into every recess,
Every space gratitude for the softness of your body gratitude for your support and your own innate wisdom and guidance and gratitude for this varied and beautiful life knowing that in this moment that is all that is in this moment there is no face to hold up to the world there is nothing that you need to be or do drop deeper into who you truly are the part of you that knows the part of you that lives in peace start to sense and feel that you are light that you are love that you are peace allow your form and being to expand become aware of the space around you,
Above and below and allow the love that you are to radiate and expand into that space allow your heart to pour open sense the mind open as the sky allowing all movement,
Allowing for space creating that space of love for all that you are to arise and to fall away for all that you feel to expand and contract and to feel all that you know down to your bones feel the life that you are feel it in your skin feel it in the space that surrounds you and feel it in the depth of your spirit take a deep breath in,
Breathing in light and space and love and as you release your breath,
Letting go of anything that stops you breathing in space and light and peace and breathing out hurt and fear and anxiety feel that breath once again as the movement and rhythm of life allow it to bring awareness of your skin,
Of the space that you are in and of time draw yourself back slowly to your life retaining in your heart a sense of gratitude and grace and as you gently open your eyes,
Preparing to share that love and grace with the world
