Gently now closing your eyes.

As the eyes drop closed,

Allowing the body to drop to,

The mind to drop within the body.

A gentle dropping into the presence of the present moment.

Just like a sigh out,

We let go of our day.

Of the thoughts running through our minds.

And all the things that pull you in so many directions.

With a breath out,

They drop further away as your body relaxes.

As your mind drops into clarity,

Into awareness.

You become aware of the body breathing.

How it breathes life.

Feeling the softness of each part of your body.

Moving gently with the breath.

Feeling that gentle glow and tingle of life within you.

Allow the mind to explore now the center of your heart.

Allow your consciousness and awareness to come home into that space.

To the very center of your being.

Quietly observing how it feels in that space today.

Wrapping your heart in a sense of compassion.

As you bring this beautiful sense of compassion and grace into your own heart.

Holding it in a protection.

The heart gently starts to open.

Perhaps it is merely a crack.

But you continue to hold the heart so that it knows that you are now home.

As you come to inhabit the space of who you truly are.

Breathing space and light and air into your heart.

By your very intention and attention you create the space for wellness,

For renewal.

And for great openness.

Simply observing and holding whatever arises,

Whatever falls away.

With that clear observance and kindness and grace.

Allow the image of light to fill your mind and your imagination.

Seeing the color,

The way it moves.

Imagine that you could draw the sense of light into the heart with every breath.

That you can breathe it in down your throat and into your heart.

Feel how it warms you.

How it melts away the spaces that feel tight or unloved.

Allow this light to melt through any pain and loneliness,

Sadness or grief,

Disappointment.

Allowing that breath to ease and soothe the pain of your heart.

To fill it with the space of light and with love.

Each breath brings you relief,

Brings you a letting go as you breathe out.

And as you draw that precious air into the body,

You feel yourself growing in light and space and wellness.

Your very breath drawing wellness into the body and into the mind.

And in that you find a deeper relaxation and rest,

Like a great sigh or exhale out.

Like the feeling of lying back under a blue sky on a clear day.

Finding space into the heart and into the body.

And in that finding a sense of great love,

Freedom,

Kindness.

As you drop into an acceptance of self,

Into a holding of your own heart,

Into a deeper clarity of mind.

And in this space,

You know that you are home.

Here is the home that you have been searching for.

The love that you long to feel.

And the acceptance that you hope to gain.

You can hold within your own heart all this love,

This acceptance,

This grace.

And allow those feelings to move into every cell of the body.

This great homecoming of your being to the love that you truly are.

Allow yourself to feel that love as you draw it to you,

To bring it with you out into your space,

Into your day and into the world.

Allow a deep breath now.

And as you breathe out a gentle sigh,

Dropping even deeper into the present moment,

Into the breath and into the state of absolute acceptance.
