Take a moment to listen to the sounds of the waterfalls.
Arrive in this practice.
Bringing your awareness to the sensation of the natural rhythm of your breath.
Allowing yourself to settle.
Wherever you may be.
The sensation of gravity washing over you from the top of your head,
Down the back of your shoulders and the length of your spine,
To the tips of your fingers and toes.
Stay here with the sound of the beautiful waterfall deep in the Tasmanian rainforest.
Beginning to visualize the stream,
The smooth rocks that the water is trickling over,
The logs and trees and the moss that covers them crossing the stream.
You can gently remind yourself that even though the world may feel a little chaotic right now,
There is always peace to be found.
This peace is within.
Sitting with the sound of the waterfall a moment longer.
And together we'll take a full breath in,
Holding the breath at the top just for a moment and then exhale,
Let it all go.
And if at any time you are feeling the world is busy or chaotic,
You can come back to this short practice to reset your nervous system and reconnect with your own inner calm.
Gently flutter open your eyes,
Take a nice big stretch in any way that feels good for you and go on with the rest of your day.
