Welcome to this gratitude yoga nidra.
Take your time to settle in.
Find a quiet space and a comfortable position.
Resting deeply into the support beneath you.
Sense your breath.
The air flowing in and out of the nose.
Allow your face to soften.
And welcome the body and the mind to come into rest.
Soften into the jaw.
Relax the tongue.
The cheeks and the eyebrows.
Your eyes like pools of water.
Your ears soft.
Seeing the rise and fall of the breath in and out of the body.
Inhaling a sense of gratitude for this time and this moment.
Exhaling and letting go.
Inhaling a sense of gratitude for your body and your practice.
Exhaling and letting go.
Allow the sensation of gratitude to rest deeply in your heart.
And as you exhale let this deep gratitude wash over your body.
I am loving and I am loved.
I am deserving and I am grateful.
I have all and I am all that I need.
We'll now scan the body with deep gratitude and thanks for each part.
You may even mentally whisper thank you as we arrive at each part.
We begin at the nose.
The air in and out of the nose.
The prana.
Life force itself.
The lips.
Inside the mouth.
The tongue.
Teeth.
The jaw and the cheeks.

To nourish and to speak.
The eyes.
The ability to see,
Dream and imagine.
The gift of sight both inward and outward.
The eyebrow centre.
The place of intuition and wisdom at the mind's eye.
The crown of the head.
And your mind.
The ability to think.
And to analyse.
To dream and imagine.
The human mind.
The right ear.
The left ear.
Both ears together.
Sounds arising and dissolving.
To the throat.
The centre of the chest and the beating heart.
The right lung and the left lung.
To the centre of the heart.
The right shoulder.
Upper arm.

Feeling gratitude in your heart for this physical body.
The centre of the chest and the beating heart.

The pelvis.
The pelvic floor.
The internal organs and tissues.
Sense the entire front of the body.
The back of the body.
The right side of the body.
The left side of the body.
The whole surface of the body.
Welcoming and feeling gratitude for each intricate part of the human body.
The skin.
The largest organ of our physical body.
The muscles.
The connective tissues.
And the bones.
The strength and the softness.
The ability they provide us each and every day.
The circulatory system.
The nervous system.
The digestive system.
And the lymphatic system.
The organs and systems of our beautiful physical body.
Working together tirelessly.
Every moment of every day.
To keep us healthy.
The entire body.
With deep gratitude.
Feeling supported.
Feeling strong.
Gratitude radiates out from your physical body.
And settles back into space.
I am loving and I am loved.
I am deserving and I am grateful.
I have all and I am all that I need.
Taking our breath deeper now.
Inhaling a sense of gratitude for your body and for this moment.
Exhaling and radiating gratitude.
Outwards.
Expanding out from the physical body.
Inhaling a sense of gratitude for this time and this moment.
Exhaling and radiating outwards.
Spend a moment here contemplating this gratitude.
For all that you have in your life.
I am loving and I am loved.
I am deserving and I am grateful.
I have all and I am all that I need.
Slowly awakening the body.
Wiggling fingers and toes.
Grateful for this moment.
This body.
This mind.
Slowly awaken the body.
Take your time.
Consider what you are grateful for in your life today.
With loved ones.
Let it be known.
With love and gratitude.
Thank you.
