Hello,
This is Carried Empowered Within.
Take this moment to just settle yourself down.
Take this moment to close your eyes and to take in a few slow deep breaths.
Allowing each exhale to feel like a sweet sigh of relief.
So you breathe in.
And it feels so good to allow the body to unwind.
To softly settle down.
Like a feather floating down,
Down,
Down.
And then it softly settles on the ground.
And as it does,
You can feel as if you were like that feather.
Feeling grounded to the earth.
For in our world,
There are many elemental spirits.
There is the spirit of the earth.
Of the wind,
Fire and air.
And today,
You my friend,
Are going to work with the spirit of life.
For she has the power and the magic to transform your reality.
So see her in your mind or pretend if you can.
She is that beautiful image on this video or recording.
With the green long sweeping hair.
Those rich,
Beautiful,
Golden,
Yellow and brown eyes.
That sweet smile on her face.
And the butterflies flutter and dance around her.
Can you pretend to really see her now?
And as you breathe in deep,
What would you smell?
Could it be the scent of sweet flowers?
The scent of ancient wisdom,
Like an oak tree or a pine tree?
And watch the way she swoops down upon the land,
Like spring.
And the land is like a blank canvas and whoosh.
The dry soil starts to sprout green blades of grass and leaves.
And wild flowers pop and bloom and blossom.
Taking in the sunlight,
The richness from the air.
The deep,
Deep roots setting in the soil.
It's like magic.
And so pretend in your mind she comes very close to you.
Gazing right into your eyes.
And she wants to help you.
So in your mind,
I know there is a place that needs more life.
That needs more love,
Warmth,
Kindness,
Understanding or cooperation.
Maybe even freedom.
So let's start somewhere close to home.
It could be your home.
Your school.
It could be a place of work.
It could even be your community.
And when that place pops into your awareness and mind.
See her now.
Create a blank canvas of that.
As if it is a blank coloring book page with the black lines.
And the rest is white.
And now tell her in your mind as well as your heart.
Your request.
What is your intention?
What is needed?
What life is missing in this blank canvas?
She is listening.
Nodding her head and agreeing.
Oh she loves you so.
And then watch her now.
Take your request and wash.
She spreads her arms and soars and fills the canvas with light and color and life.
Getting the kindness,
The cooperation,
The love and peace and understanding.
Everything you asked for.
See it there.
Before your eyes.
It is real.
It is true.
It is beautiful and pure.
It is for you.
And for everyone else in that canvas that is now complete.
And feel how good and rich and deep that all feels.
And now watch her swoop back over to you.
And she looks you again in the eyes with a smile on her face.
You smile back at her with your appreciation and gratitude.
And now she knows in your heart there is a place in this world that needs this too.
For we know there are people out there that need food and water.
There are people out there that do not have freedom,
That live in slavery.
There are people out there who feel lost and hopeless.
And they need you.
They need us.
And so I would like for you to think in your mind.
A place that you have heard of.
A place that you might have seen on TV.
Or that the news is talking about.
Or people are talking about.
And with the power of your imagination and your wonderful heart and mind.
Create that blank canvas,
Our coloring page,
Now in your mind.
And tell her,
The spirit of life,
What they need.
Tell her what your intention is.
God,
She fully agrees,
A hundred percent,
They need this.
And so this is your gift to them.
And now watch her spread her arms and wash.
She colors in the canvas with your request.
Neutralizing all the negative thoughts,
Beliefs,
And just making it new again.
Bringing in hope,
Clarity,
Compassion and understanding.
Forgiveness.
Watch the life spring before your eyes in the rich,
Detailed colors.
And feel those emotions like seeds she is planting.
And what you can see in your mind is real.
It is true.
It is good.
And it is needed.
That's it.
And now she comes before you again.
Oh,
She feels good.
That was wonderful,
She says.
And then she looks at you a little puzzled.
She realizes there is one last thing that is missing.
And she points her little index finger at you and says,
It is you.
What do you need,
Dear one?
What can I do for you?
Your wish is my command.
And so you tell her.
She is listening.
And she loves you so dearly.
And she says to you,
I am going to neutralize all of that.
All the negativity.
I am going to descramble it and neutralize it and convert it all into the positive things you desire,
Want and need.
And so then all of a sudden you are like that blank canvas with just the lines.
And then she spins,
Opens her arms and spins around you,
Coloring you in from head to toe with light and love and color and richness and such wonderful emotions.
It is good.
Oh can she feel it?
She swirls more and more around you and up to the top of your head.
Oh and as you breathe in,
It is like a breath of fresh air.
New air.
The air of life.
For you are life.
And as you bask in this moment and take it all in,
You feel new again.
Fresh and new,
Like the spring,
Like the sun.
Oh and it feels good.
And then she circles around in front of you and beams her smile.
And she acknowledges you and says thank you.
Thank you for allowing me to touch your spirit today.
For the world is a better place with you in it,
My sweet.
And so you place your hands together and you nod and you say thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you for making me new again.
And so she embraces your offering,
Smiling at you in such a way.
And then she said I must be off.
I have so much work to do.
Thank you for helping me.
And so off she goes to bring life to this living planet we all exist on.
And so my friend,
In this place of feeling good and wonderful,
You can stay here as long as you like.
I know it feels so darn good.
For I can feel it too.
And it's wonderful,
Just like you.
Therefore we are complete.
And like always this is wonderfully so.
