
Float Tank Anxiety Release

Using a float tank is an excellent way to release stress, discomfort, and anxiety. This audio recording will focus on you becoming one with the water. Just floating, relaxing, and letting go of any anxiety. Just relax, listen, and enjoy!

Hello.
I'd like for you to just get comfortable in the float tank.
When you first lie back and close those eyes,
You might become aware of the tension or tightness within your body.
And that's normal.
It actually makes you aware of what you've been holding on to or grasping.
It also lets you know where you hold the tension within your body.
And today,
We're going to work on softening the body,
Releasing the tension and tightness or even resistance.
And so bring your awareness to your breath,
Observing the flow,
Allowing yourself to settle into this position so the whole body feels present.
Take your time and begin to focus the attention on any discomfort,
Whether physical or mental,
And just let it be there.
Then begin to bring the awareness toward the feelings and sensations in the different areas within the body.
A subtle investigation.
There's no need to try to change it.
Just observe it.
And if there's any tension around that discomfort or pain,
Just let it be.
Just let yourself feel whatever arises there.
And if there's any fear or any resistance,
You can access your heart.
Is the heart hurting?
Is the mind?
Or is the body?
Notice any feeling of opposition and be open.
Be fully open to this discomfort.
And when you feel the discomfort or resistance,
Breathe into it.
Allow the breath to soften it.
Open.
As if you can see a clenched fist in your mind's eye.
And you open the hand.
You extend the fingers.
Feel the sensations within the body.
You're safe.
You're secure.
The water fully supports you.
It cradles your body.
Such warmth.
Such tender mercy.
And in this moment,
You can just allow yourself to be.
No longer white knuckling or clinging to the discomfort or the struggles of the mind.
Just be.
That's it.
Just float.
And notice the shift within the body.
As things just quiet down.
Resistance fading away.
Floating away.
You might even begin to anticipate what it might feel like to relax very deeply.
As you listen to my words.
And you can just let my words float around you.
You can even let my words drift off into the distance.
Sitting on the air.
Feel that calm,
Relaxing air that floats over and around your body.
Bringing soothing relaxation to your body.
And you simply float.
Safe and secure.
Calm and relaxed.
Breathing in and breathing out.
This wonderful relaxation.
Filling your body with such peace of mind.
Filling the mind and body with serenity and deep calmness.
With each and every breath.
My words can drift around and over you.
You might even notice or observe which part of you begins to relax more deeply first.
And you might just notice what it is about that part of you that really is so relaxed.
It might even feel like a gentle warmth.
It might even feel like a wonderful tingling sensation.
It might even feel like a warm embrace.
As you simply float in this healing water.
As your muscles and cells relax so deeply.
As the body can just float and rest here.
You might even notice how even the spaces between your cells,
Between the muscles and tissues really do begin to really relax and soften.
As all the tension floats away.
Feel that now.
Experience that now.
Really relaxed.
Simply floating.
And when you've got a sense of that wonderful calm,
You might even begin to notice how it is spread throughout your entire body.
Flowing through you.
Over and under you.
Like a soft,
Comforting blanket.
Of warmth.
And deep relaxation.
It's so soothing.
It's blanketing you.
And covering you.
With this deep inner calmness.
Where all the anxiety has floated away.
Embrace this moment of calmness and peace.
You are calm water.
Just feel this moment.
Of deep calmness and peace.
And these feelings of deep relaxation.
Stimulate and radiate through every muscle and every cell of your body.
Each muscle can relax more deeply now.
Or in a few moments.
The choice is yours.
Even the cells can relax.
You can rest so deeply now.
You can rest so deeply now.

You can rest so deeply.
You can feel the willingness to surrender.
To just let go.
And float.
So calm.
So safe and secure.
That's right.
Become one with this calmness.
Feel the wonderful sensations.
Of this restful warmth.
That relaxes you even deeper.
And deeper still.
Breathing in this calming air.
Relaxing deeper and deeper.
Gently drifting.
Gently drifting.
Softly floating.
Further and further.
Into the essence of de-relaxation.
Calm.
Peaceful.
So edgeless.
Limitless.
And free.
It's such a beautiful sensation.
It's such a beautiful feeling.
Isn't it?
For you are among friends.
You're okay.
You're good enough.
You're perfectly imperfect.
As we all are.
And I know life can be challenging.
But I will tell you this.
You are deserving.
You deserve all good.
Not some.
Not a little bit.
But all good.
And you now move.
Past all negative.
Restricting thoughts.
In this moment.
You can release.
And let go.
Of the limitations.
Of your parents.
Of society.
Of all the walls that create conditions.
Of who people think.
We should be.
Act or behave.
And you just let go.
Those limitations.
The expectations.
The walls.
The armor.
And in this moment.
You just be.
That's right.
You go beyond.
The boundaries.
For you are no longer.
Anyone's negative opinions.
Or their limiting beliefs.
You are no longer bound.
By any of the fears.
Or judgments.
Of our current society.
That we live in.
In this moment.
You no longer identify.
With limitations.
Of any kind.
In your mind.
In your mind.
You have.
Total freedom.
And you now drift.
Unflow.
Into a new space.
Of consciousness.
Where you dear one.
Are willing to see.
Yourself differently.
In a whole new light.
And perspective.
And you are willing.
To create.
New positive thoughts.
About yourself.
And about your life.
Your new thinking.
Becomes new experiences.
For you.
Are light and love.
You are divine.
And unique.
You matter.
You deserve life.
A good life.
You deserve love.
An abundance of love.
And you.
Yes you.
You deserve good health.
You deserve.
To live comfortably.
And to prosper.
You.
Deserve joy.
Deserve joy.
And happiness.
You deserve freedom.
To be all that you can be.
And you.
You deserve more than that.
You deserve.
All good.
And this glorious universe.
Is more than willing.
To manifest.
Your new beliefs.
And so say yes.
Yes.
Yes in your mind.
And accept.
And embrace.
This abundant life.
With joy.
Pleasure.
And gratitude.
For you dear one.

With open arms.

All the old negative concepts.

In this calm.

So soothing.

And relaxed.
And you can take yourself.
To a place in your mind.
Where you are in a body of water.
And you can see yourself.
In your mind's eye.
Simply floating.
And you can say to yourself.

It feels so good.
