I'd like for you to get in a comfortable position.
You can sit back,

You can rest your hands over your heart.
And when you close your eyes,
Just follow the breath.
Just watch and observe the breath.

And if you like,
You can try to slow down that breath.
Really observing and following the breath.
The flow.
The process.
The beauty within the breath and the body.
For your mind and body,

Hand in hand,
To support you.
To take care of you.
To watch over you.
Feel the breath.
Welcome the breath of life into your body.
And then focus on your bottom.
Feel the solidness there.
The connection there.
And imagine if you will,
That you're sitting on a strong golden tree stump that goes down,

Into the core of Mother Earth.
And it spreads its roots into the crystals,
Into the core.
And as you breathe,
Bring that energy up into your body.
Feel it.
Welcome it home.
Home is where the heart is.
And we live behind our eyes.
So welcome it home.
Breathe it in.
And feel it weave and dance within you.
Weaving around the legs.
Over the knees and into the thighs.
Lean around the torso.
The belly.
The chest.
The neck and arms.
Down to the tips of the fingers.
And it weaves up the neck.
The back of the scalp.
And over the face.
And back down again.
It is like a breath of fresh air.
It is soft.
It is warm.
It is sweet.
You might begin to notice a buzzing sensation,
A tingling sensation in your third eye.
Which is ready and open to receive.
And so focus on the crown of your head.
Ah yes.
And lotus petals begin to unfold with sparkling light and shimmer.
And a beam of light projects from the crown of your head out into the heavens.
And it touches the stars.
The moon.
The sun.
The planets.
The galaxies.
And as you breathe,
Welcome that home.
Because that's where you are from.
You are the light.
You are the magic.
You are the oneness and the love that connects us all.
Breathe it in.

And feel that energy.
Dance and weave with Mother Earth.

And see and feel it begin to swirl around your heart.
