Let's begin by finding a comfortable position.
Lying down or sitting up.
And gently closing down your eyes.
We're going to begin by just focusing on our breath.
Noticing the air as it moves in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
And simply just being here.
And breathing.
Becoming aware of our bodies.
Our babies.
Allowing our minds to slow down.
Back to your breath.
Just breathing at a rhythm.
That feels in tune with you.
Inviting you to take any movements that you might need.
Maybe you want to roll your neck to the side.
And then roll it the other way.
Maybe you wanna stretch your arms up to the sky.
Reaching as high as you can and bending to the right.
Bending to the left.
Reaching up high one more time.
Bringing your hands back to your lap or to your sides.
Just breathing.
Just being That is simply enough.
I want you to begin noticing Areas of your body that are holding tension.
Maybe you need to release your jaw.
Relax your shoulders.
Wiggle your toes and your fingers.
Allowing your palms to open.
Can you relax your forehead?
Your cheek.
Your head and neck.
Maybe you choose to take some deep belly breath.
Relaxing all of your organs in your belly,
Your chest,
Your arms.
Noticing your pelvis,
Your pelvic floor.
Taking a deep breath.
Into your womb space and allowing all of these muscles to relax.
Pausing here and bringing more breath to these muscles in your pelvic floor.
Relaxing your legs and your knees,
Your ankles and your feet that carry you every single day.
You may continue breathing at this rate.

Coming in through our nose for five.
Holding for three and releasing for five.
Good job.
Another one in through your nose.

To your feet and your toes.
You know this beautiful,
Warm,
Light energy.
Is fully encapsulating your entire body.
Your baby's entire body.
You feel held.
You feel safe.
You feel loved.
You feel strong.

I want you to bring your hands to your belly.
And I want you to imagine a time in your life that you felt love.

Just imagine being in that moment right now and feel that deep love in your being.
