Grounding Meditation Sound With Japanese Drumming

This drumming beat sound is just for grounding or the 1st chakra. This sound is composed with a Japanese drum called "WADAIKO" and 1st chakra tone. I recorded the drumming beat from one of the most prominent Japanese drums, so you can feel a strong rhythm as if it came from the ground.
