Welcome to this meditation soundscape for relaxation and deep sleep.

I appreciate you choosing me to be your guide today along this journey through the sights and sounds of Panjim in India.

Take some time now to relax.

Make yourself comfortable in whatever position you choose.

Feel free to move at any time and breathe easy.

Take some time to ground now.

Listen to the music.

Close your eyes.

Adjust your gaze to ensure they are relaxed.

Open your mouth slightly to fully soften your face.

This adventure is for you.

You are here to experience another place.

A meditation of the mind and body.

Being fully immersed in your imagination.

It's perfectly normal to have thoughts running through your mind now.

Allow them in and then send them on their way,

Floating upwards into the blue sky above.

Just relax and enjoy the sounds!

You You You You You It's early evening and you have entered a bustling market heading for a temple Where you know you will find solitude and calm You have been told by the local people that it is the most serene and peaceful place to be You glide down a narrow street full of people drifting along on the atmosphere Talking,

Laughing and the bustle of traffic in the distance surrounds you You feel accepted,

Welcomed and warm and comfortable in your clothes You notice how your body feels and you are ready to relax into this part of the day You take a big deep breath in now,

Holding it at the top and releasing And again take a deep breath,

Hold it at the top and release You fill your mind with the scent of spices coming from cloth bags in front of you There is the sweet smell of Indian donuts dancing through the air and children play in the side alleys People smile as you walk by and you have a sense of belonging You are weightless and move along taking in your surroundings This place is full of lights and colours,

Reds,

Oranges,

Blues and yellows You notice twinkles of lights and the sounds of food being prepared At the end of this street you can see the dark night sky and a temple in the distance On it a beautiful roof,

Ornate,

Decorated in reds and golds with spires and columns You feel connected to this place already and move through the end of the market street into a beautiful garden There is a warm breeze and the sun has just begun to slip behind the horizon You breathe in again and smell the fragrant flowers lining your path Tall trees guiding you and birds singing musically before they settle down for the night Crickets buzz in harmony and your body softens You meander through this tranquil space You open the gate at the end of the garden and you notice some steps to the left Where there is a lady with the gentlest of faces waving you towards her You follow her up the steps and into a room There are four marble pillars within this room and on a floor of palm leaves there are gorgeous decorated velvet cushions large enough for you to lie on You take off your shoes and lie down on one of the cushions The lady slowly places a soft cover over your body and then leaves you to just be You breathe in deeply The cover cocoons you and you feel yourself merging into the velvet as your body lets go and you close your eyes You feel calm and happy in this restful chamber Soothed by the gentle bells and the trickling of a nearby fountain you have the sensation of drifting into a deep sleep Your body feels good Breathe easy Relax Release and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax and sleep Relax
