Hello and welcome.
Go ahead and find a comfortable seat or go ahead and lay down,
Closing your eyes if you feel comfortable,
Placing your hands on your heart,
Just noticing how your body feels right now in this moment,
Noticing your breath,
Your heartbeat,
Noticing any thoughts that come through,
And just taking this time to really be present,
To be here with me right now for your mental health.
So to get in that present place we're just going to do a little breathing exercise,
Inhaling for four seconds through your nose,
Holding your breath,
And taking a nice exhale for three seconds.
So breathing in for four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Holding your breath,
Full exhale for three,
Two,
One.
Again,
Breathing in for four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Holding your breath,
Full exhale for three,
Two,
One.
Last round,
Breathing in for four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Holding your breath,
Full exhale for three,
Two,
One.
And just taking those nice deep breaths,
We're going to go on a little journey.
So I want you to visualize yourself just walking along this beautiful path with flowers on each side.
And in front of you is this gorgeous temple,
The purple door,
And seeing yourself walking up these steps,
Walking inside to this temple.
And inside is this gorgeous rose quartz table.
So go ahead and lay down on this table.
I want you to just melt,
Melt into this table,
Just releasing any worries or fears that might be coming to the surface.
And as you're laying on this table,
Just visualizing this light filling your body from head all the way down from your crown chakra down to your tippy toes.
And as your body is filling with this light,
You are releasing any negative beliefs,
Releasing anything that has been coming in and telling you that you are less than,
Making you feel unworthy,
Any low vibrational thoughts to just be let go of.
So full release happening right now.
As you take a nice deep inhale,
Full exhale,
Calling back any soul fragments that may have wandered or been lost back to self,
Filling your body with the highest vibrations of love,
And reminding yourself that you've come here for many purposes,
That your body was custom-made for you.
You are worthy.
You were born worthy.
You have it all within you.
You will be okay.
No matter what you're going through,
Everything will be okay.
So as we fill your mind with these positive affirmations,
These thoughts,
This truth,
And we release the self-doubt,
The worries,
The fears,
Anything that does no good for your mind,
Body,
Or soul,
And asking yourself what is it that you need to hear right now?
What is it that you need to tell yourself that you need to be reminded of?
So just taking a moment to think about it.
What is it that you need to hear?
A positive word or sentence to empower yourself.
Just taking that moment to think about it.
And telling yourself this word or this sentence over and over and over again in your head until it sticks.
And just breathing into your heart center.
And just allowing yourself to be.
We're always on the go.
We're always doing something.
We always need to be somewhere.
The to-do list is never ending.
This is your moment to allow your body to rest,
To allow your mind to rest,
To slow down so you can show up more fully,
So you can show up a better version of yourself by filling your cup up.
And we just give and give and give.
There's nothing left.
And our thoughts can wander and feel stressed and overwhelmed and it just becomes too much.
So this is your reminder to slow down,
To listen to your body,
To carve that time out for yourself to just be,
To just clear your mind.
And when you do this,
You can show up on a whole new level with focus and ease.
So taking another deep inhale through your nose.
Full exhale out through your mouth.
Just releasing and coming back to those affirmations.
You are enough.
You are worthy.
You were born worthy.
You have come here for many purposes.
Your body was custom made for you.
You got this.
You've always got this.
So taking this moment,
This memory,
And thinking of a color,
Any color,
Imagining this memory as a light or placing it somewhere in your body,
Knowing that any moment when you need to,
You can come back to this crystal table.
You can release and fill your body with that light.
That light is always there.
It's always within you.
It just needs to be ignited to remember that you overpower the darkness.
So go ahead and take one more deep breath.
Wiggle your toes and your hands.
And just coming back to self.
