This meditation is just a gentle reminder that everything is going to be okay.
Whatever thoughts or feelings that you are having right now,
Remembering that you can always come back to your breath.
I invite you to gently close your eyes if that feels good to you right now.
Placing your hands,
One on your chest and one on your lower abdomen,
And taking a deep breath in.
First expanding the belly like a balloon,
And then filling the chest,
Holding it at the top,
And fully exhaling all of your air out.
Breathing this way deep down into the lower belly stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system,
Which is your rest and digest,
Which tells your body that you are safe.
You are safe to relax,
And you are safe right now in this moment.
Continuing to breathe this way during the duration of this meditation.
Taking a deep inhale in,
Filling the lower belly as your hand rises,
Then filling the chest,
And open mouth exhale,
Release.
As you inhale in,
Calm,
Ease,
And peace with each inhale.
And slowly relaxing and releasing with each exhale as you release anything that no longer serves you.
Any thoughts,
Feelings,
Or emotion,
Letting them go.
Whatever situation or action that happened or that is present for you right now,
Knowing that you are in control of your thought and how you react,
You get to choose how you respond.
You get to choose how you show up from here on out,
Knowing that everything is going to be okay.
You are safe here in this moment.
You are here for a reason,
And everything happens just exactly as planned.
You may not see it right now or understand completely,
But know one day soon,
Or in the future,
You will look back on this moment realizing that there was a lesson learned.
Knowledge gained,
And everything turned out just fine.
So taking another deep breath in,
Knowing everything is going to be okay.
As you take a few moments in silence to continue breathing,
Welcoming in any new ideas,
New insights,
Or new perspectives on how you can show up from here on out.
Remembering that you are divinely guided and protected always.
Bringing in a feeling of gratitude for yourself,
For your journey,
And for taking this moment to come back to your center,
Back to your breath,
And continuing on with your day with a sense of peace.
Knowing deep down that everything is going to be okay.
And so it is.
