Coming to an easy seated posture.
Or you're welcome to lie down.
Finding somewhere that is comfortable for you so that you can breathe and release as we move through this meditation,
The meditation to release fear.
We will be inhaling truth and exhaling fear and I will walk you through it.
But before we begin,
Coming to that space,
Whether you're lying down or seated.
And I want you just to begin to connect to your breath.
So just a normal inhale and exhale.
Breathing nice and slow.
And then just filling your hands placing one to your belly and one to your heart space.
And as you begin to breathe in,
I want you to begin filling your belly first with all of your prana,
Your life force and then allowing that to move up into your lungs,
Creating an expansion in your heart space.
Breathing and exhaling nice and slow that deep belly breath.
And as you just continue to breathe like that for a moment or two longer,
Allowing just the wave of calm,
Of peace,
Of truth.
Just to flow over you just like the ocean waves.
Exhaling,
Creating this rhythmic breath.
And as you do so,
Feeling your body becoming very grounded and rooted to the earth.
Allowing Mother Earth to hold you.
You can relax.
You don't have to hold yourself.
Just allowing the space and time to provide nourishment and support for your mind,
For your body,
For your soul,
For your heart.
Allowing the gentle rhythm of your breath to bring you to center.
Inhaling and exhaling.
And so as we begin to move into a little deeper section of truth of knowing,
Of honoring,
You can repeat the words out loud.
You can also repeat them silently.
It's up to you.
Another deep breath in.
And as you come back to your inhale,
As we begin to speak,
Whether it's silently or out loud,
We're going to move through these truths at a pace where we can allow the word to settle into your body,
Into your nervous system.
Allowing your body to feel what this word feels like in you.
So as you come to your next breath in,
On the inhale,
You will say,
I am wellness.
And on the exhale,
I release fear.

I am wholeness.
Exhaling,
I release fear.
Inhaling,
I am compassion.
Exhaling,
