A visualization of a mountain is the focus in this meditation. It is meant to be a reminder for your resilience, strength and power you have over your life. This is a practice which can be done any day at any time, however it is very useful in times of stress, big emotions and overwhelm. My suggestion is a seated upright position in a calm and silent environment to be able to really fully connect to this visualization. You don't need any probs, however any which are helpful for a comfortable seat, e.g. a folded blanket to sit on so your hips are slightly higher than your knees.
