And as you settle here I'm going to invite you to feel into this message the message that is here for you right now and it is simply put to feel into the frequency of your worthiness. To feel into how deserving you are of this moment of this breath of this precious life and it's from here divine soul where I invite you to access heart hum. Heart hum sits at heart space. It's a sacred space of love and compassion and as you deepen your breath and you take yourself to heart hum I invite you to send a loving golden glow. Relax here beautiful human. It's safe to find a little bit of stillness to truly slow down relax into heart hum the frequency of your heart space. You'll know if you're here for your mind will settle into the golden glow and the divine inner knowing of your worthiness of your worthiness and here in your heart hum you can be at peace with who you are who you have been and truly trust in the divine human that you will continue to evolve into.
