Be one with your breath.
Ask your mind to quieten.

A time that you were so,
So worthy of.
Firstly,
Feel love.
The love you have for others,
The love they have for you.
Secondly,
Feel joy.
The joy that the small things bring.
The joy that trust brings.
Trusting in you,

Allow yourself to smile and feel joy.

Allow it to shower over you.
Breathe this light into your body.
Send this light back out.

Let this light felt with this baby.
Allow this light to overflow.
Realise it not only in the soles of your feet,

This light is your love.
This light is your way.
This light is your daily reset.
Your cleanse.
