It is a portal that leads into the depth of the Universe.

Sit or lay down comfortably,
Close your eyes and gently feel your body relaxing muscle by muscle.

Feel your body gently relaxing into the ground,
Feel the support of the ground holding it,
Carrying it,

Turn all of your senses inward and gently start to scan your body.

You are looking at it,

You can feel the pull of this tiny little portal,
It is calling you towards it and you are slowly progressing towards this tiny tiny space.
You see yourself opening this tiny door,
You start to feel a strong but familiar pull pulling you through the portal and you see yourself gently being pulled through it and you find yourself on the other side.
You feel yourself floating in an immense presence,
In a beautiful stillness,
In complete calm,
In complete yet familiar darkness,
It feels like home.
There is no movement,
There is pure potentiality in complete stillness,
Yet it is all that is,
It holds all potentiality,
It holds the promise to become anything and everything you can imagine,
Envision,
Want or dream of.
You see yourself expanding to the whole that it is,
You feel yourself connecting to the essence of what it is,
You feel yourself being completely immersed in this loving energy,
In this energy of unconditional love.
With your internal senses you slowly start to feel a movement,
You follow the lead of this movement and you recognize a familiar vibration,
You follow it and it slowly becoming stronger,
It slowly getting a shape,
It slowly collapsing in the beautiful picture of your dream into a beautiful imagery full of visual images,
Sensual images,
You can feel it,
You can smell it,

It is the manifestation of that what you always dreamt of and you can see it manifesting in front of your eyes,
Inside of your body,

It is slowly being grounded into your body,

You pack this manifestation of your dream into a tiny crystal ball and you put it into one of your pockets.
With your heart full of joy you slowly turn back on the journey towards your tiny little portal in your heart,
You see yourself slowly floating towards a tiny dot in this nothingness,
In this blackness and you know exactly this is the door towards your heart,
This is the door towards your 3D reality,
This is the door through which you can ground every and single vibration,
Manifestation,
Dream and connection you want,
Whenever you want it,
However you want it.
You feel the pull of this tiny little dot,
You know it is bringing you back home to the other home on the other side of this portal where you can experience everything you can imagine on the other side of this little portal.
See yourself stepping through this tiny space in your heart from the other side to this 3D reality.
Feel yourself inside your heart,
Feel the space of the heart around you,
Feel the movement of the heartbeat,
Hear the sound of the heartbeat and feel the gentle vibration of the heartbeat surrounding you and gently caressing you.
Now turn back and have a look at this tiny little portal and know it is always there for you,
You can open it and go through it whenever you want.
You can leave the door open or you can close it,
It doesn't matter.
You know that whenever you need it,
You can come back to this tiny special place,
Open the door and take on another journey.
You can feel your awareness being slowly grounded back into your body.
You feel every cell being revitalized,
You feel every cell being charged with this new vital energy,
