Sit or lay down comfortably and gently close your eyes.
Have the ground under your body supporting and holding you,
Cursing you with a gentle energy of safety and calm.
Breathe out all the tiredness in your muscles.
Breathe out all the mental chatter and all the emotions that don't serve you in the moment.
See it all out and enjoy the feeling of emptying your beautiful body.
You empty everything that doesn't serve you in this moment.
Feel yourself being totally empty.
Now breathe in deeply into the core of your being.
Breathe in new fresh energy.
New perspectives.
New opportunities and feel deeply how it moves in your body.
How does it feel in your body?
Rest for a moment in these feelings and just observe.
Now turn your senses inwards and feel your body gently sinking deep down into the ground.
You feel having roots that go deep deep into the ground.
And your body slowly starts to be embraced by a gentle,
Warm,
Nurturing,
Calm serenity,
A beautiful restful energy and total peace.
You see or feel yourself in a deep state of rest.
You feel very little motion and a total calmness and peace in every single cell of your body.
Take in the gentle,
Nurturing energy of this rest in darkness and as it nurtures you deeply,
Atom by atom,
Cell by cell,
Organ by organ.
Surrender fully to it and let it do what it needs to do to your body and for your body so that your body can let go of all contractions,
All ancient limiting stories,
All hidden stuck emotions,
All beliefs and images about yourself that don't serve you and make a contract before the grandest of your expressions.
Let the energy of the crystalline pure helix potential flow through you and dissolve any hardness and rigidity.
Your body is becoming fluid and filled with beautiful crystalline liquid energy.
Your body is taking on a higher vibrational expression of who you really are and is holding it without any restrictions of any kind.
Let it sink deeply into you.
Let it be fully integrated into you.
Let it start shine through every single cell of your body.
Let it shine through your heart and your skin.
Let it shine way beyond your body into the space,
Embracing the earth,
Embracing all existence on the earth and all existence in all the universes beyond ours.
Let it sink deeply into your body and let it change your signature to your highest expression in this moment.
Feel the support of your higher wisdom,
Of your higher home,
Of your higher family.
Let them support you and guide you every single moment on the path through the density of the earth toward the new expression of earth.
Feel it fully and unapologetically.

No shadow can be casted in the presence of a radiant light that shines in all directions with no contractions.
