She has done additional training in psychotherapy, including mindfulness based and body-based methods as well as pain (and other symptoms) reprocessing therapies and yoga. She offers hope and help to people experiencing chronic pain and other symptoms, including depression or anxiety. She is interested in how chronic stress and trauma affect the physiology of the body, how to increase resilience and how to settle the nervous system and reduce symptoms.
