I have always loved your meditations as they are so thorough and intentional.
I would have loved the beautiful music to be consistent throughout the meditation. It seemed to stop and start and go higher and lower at times.
There is a jarring man’s voice at the end stating something promotional which seems like it’s not intentionally meant to be there.
Otherwise a lovely healing meditation. X
