Good morning.

I wake up with a subject that is always coming back to me.

And it is such a common subject for everybody.

Is really what is your link to the world?

You are a spiritual being and you are honouring it and you are connecting with your soul every day or almost and you are connecting to that inner energy that provides you with sometimes bliss,

Sometimes belief,

Sometimes calm.

Sometimes it is very hard to get to it.

And then this amazing energy you carry inside yourself is very creative.

It is bringing you ideas,

Guidance and a lot of desires.

You know when you are aligned with your soul it will connect you to your heart desires.

You have a lot of passion coming up and rising and bringing you a lot of joy just to imagine it.

And then you want to accomplish them and then your soul is guiding you to different ways and different channels and crafts.

And you really are as a good spiritual being in this world,

In that dimension of materiality,

You imagine how you can express it and you find your ways.

You find your expression,

Your gift and you find after a while,

Evidently we always kind of stumble around some stuff that is not aligned with ourself.

But at the end of the day we are all attracted to activities that really make our heart sing.

And then we jump into the society because we are not etheric.

We are soul manifested in flesh.

And when you manifest yourself you are participating in a manifestation of many and a lot of inter- interactions start to happen.

And then when you go in the world with your heart desire and your desire to manifest it and to create and to exchange,

Because as human beings we are here to exchange.

We are not here to all live in a cave or whatsoever because at the end of the day the souls need to exchange and be in relationships.

We need the mirror,

We need the love,

We need the interaction with other souls.

So that's why we go in the world and that's why we create.

And we marry and we have children and we have jobs and we have so many possibilities.

So what happens is when we go to create,

What do we use in ourselves?

We use our heart desire and then we start to create a plan or we look at life and life is bringing us experiences and possibilities and we are happy and we jump in it.

But how do we jump in it?

What energy are we bringing to that experience?

Are we bringing an aligned energy of the soul or are we bringing a different energy from our ego?

As we are born in this world we all create a persona,

Something that is different from the soul.

And I think you have heard me telling you how we create it and we create something that is more suitable for this world because we all need to be loved.

We will all construct a new person around the soul.

We create something that will respond all the desires.

And also it's a protective person because when we live in our childhood we will be living a lot of constraints and frustrations because the world is not ready for our freedom of being,

For our soul gifts and we will stack up a lot of emotions of being suppressed.

So the ego is a sum of protection against the fears,

Again the suppressions.

There is also a lot of attitudes that will become natural at the end,

After a few years.

Attitude to just show up and be loved.

Like who I want to be loved,

Who I see if I do that I'll be loved.

If I comply to the rules I will be loved because you need love because the child cannot survive.

So coming back to today,

When you go to create,

To manifest your heart desire into a craft,

A job,

A relationship,

What are you bringing?

Ask the question because it's so important.

Do you want to create,

Do you want to manifest with a pure energy from scratch or do you want to come with all your habits,

All your judgement,

All your suppressed feeling and then your tweaked attitude?

Do you want to bring the old self?

Do you want to bring the judgement?

No I don't think so because the heart desire will be then very different from the one you have read in your soul because when you receive from your soul a heart desire it just gives you such joy and just a lot of hope and dream energy.

And when we hold that in our hands,

The dream,

The heart desire,

I want to be this,

I want to do that,

I want to create this idea I have.

What do we do in general?

We just jump into the world with our ego and we manifest.

Yeah it will be manifested but it will not manifest so easily as you plan to be.

It will not bring you uneasiness along the way because the world is proposing you to create with it and it needs your purest energy at this moment so you can benefit the result of a pure energy into your project and into your life.

Usually we are so used to use our ego to protect ourselves in the world.

It's almost like we are,

Every morning we just put that clothes on,

We put that coat,

We put that hat on and glasses and we go in disguise in the world but we don't even realize it.

So then what happens is that it's going to consume you in your project,

In your creation instead of bringing you a new fresh energy because when you create with an energy of the soul as close as possible to the soul I would say,

You will receive back,

It will bounce back to you a very high energy and you will feel super happy,

You will feel energized.

So it is quite tricky today to create and not be trapped by the whole behavior from your ego and it's a work,

It's a spiritual homework I would say that each time you go in the world ask yourself the question,

I am reacting from my old ego or am I bringing light,

Peace in the project?

Always take a step back when you create to be sure you are not bringing an old energy,

An old vibration that will limit your creation and actually will create some more drama in your life and you don't need that.

So how do you step back and say okay I want to create but I want to create with my highest energy that I am aware of as today,

As now,

How can I not be influenced as I was in the past by ego battles,

Ego games,

Ego judgment,

Ego all kind of stuff that will bring your energy down.

So you go back in your center,

You ask for the pristine high energy of your soul in your heart chakra and you stay and breathe it,

You concentrate on it,

You let it spread in your body and you let it spread in your eye chakra,

Your crown chakra and go down again to the emotional chakra,

To your gut chakra and to your root chakra.

Spread that energy of bliss from the soul.

This energy is full of hope,

Of possibility,

Of faith and believe in who you are and let it spread in your aura and let it spread beyond your aura.

You carry that magic,

You carry that easiness,

There is nothing that can stop you.

You are a blessing in this world whenever you are connected to your soul.

So that unlimited energy of potential,

Of creation,

Of creativity and as you feel that energy in yourself,

Any little judgment,

Limit will just be bounced back away from you.

It doesn't fit that field of pristine energy and bliss.

It doesn't.

Just bless it away and don't accept it in your field.

When you feel you have gathered enough of this energy in yourself,

Go back to your plan,

Look at everything you are creating,

Look at how the world reacts to it,

Feel it,

Feel how much you are happy in your heart as you are doing this project or this experience.

Share your experience with your soul on a paper.

Revise,

Check where your ego has been,

Invading the project with judgments and limitations and disbelief of yourself.

Where are the places in your heart where you don't believe in yourself?

Where are they?

Where are you listening to the know of the world,

To the you are not enough of the world?

Where are you stacking them?

Which part of your body?

Which part of the project?

Which part of your aura?

Don't let them sit there,

Breeze them out of your field of energy.

Write them so you know who they are and why they are behind your creative energy and why they are putting some limits,

Some judgments of who you are and what you can do in this world.

It's not about judging yourself,

It's about letting go of these limits,

Letting go of this heavy stuff that is in yourself and it's just impeding you to create freely.

Come back to your project and focus on it from your soul,

From your heart.

What you want to do,

What you want to dream,

What you want to achieve and create the dream in your life.

And let these limitations shift away from you.

And this is something you need to do regularly as the world is tricky,

As we have accepted so much in our childhood that we even don't recognize the limitation in ourselves.

We can see we are frustrated every day by something or something is blocking or something is not working.

We can see it and we don't understand.

And that's the link.

What is your link to the world?

Are you using the old recipe?

Is that your link?

Or are you using your purest energy?

Are you using a link from the past?

Do you want the world to read you as you were in a limited way in your ego?

Do you want the world to read you as a free soul?

As the world reacts to you,

You will understand where your energy is standing from.

As you stand in your ego,

As you offer this link to the world,

The world will invade your energy.

Because the ego is not a free standing being.

It's a piece of yourself that is totally dependent on the mood of the world.

As you invite the world in yourself through the ego,

You will be even more invaded by the world.

The world is invading you with its energy,

With more limitation and more judgment if you offer yourself as another ego.

And that's the link to the world.

That's why I said it's so important to remember when you go into the world,

What are you bringing who are you bringing?

You as a soul or you as an ego?

Are you showing your limitation and let the world invade it?

What I mean it?

A limitation in yourself is a hole in your aura.

It's a lower energy and it can grow if you offer it to the world,

The world will invade that space in yourself and you will lose your clarity.

If you breathe them out and you connect to your soul and you decide to offer that energy to the world,

There is nothing that can come and impose limitation to you.

Because you vibrate a higher level of energy,

You vibrate joy,

You vibrate hope,

You vibrate gratitude.

There is no way the world with different energies of limitation can enter your field of energy.

So really look at you,

What are you proposing the world?

Where are you standing?

The world is transformable.

If you stand from your soul and your link to the world comes from that energy,

The world will transform itself for you.

It will not invade you with negativity.

You are the transformer of your life but also of the world around you.

It is the magic wand.

The magic wand is your intention.

Where do you put your intention?

What energy?

So it's all a link from your soul to your intentions,

Your intentions to your soul and then what you bring to the world.

It's really a work of will.

Where do I want to be?

What do I want to live?

And I'm not attracted to lower energies.

I am standing strong in myself and enjoying it.

It takes courage,

It takes will but it rewards you with infinite.
