When the ego comes back with some energy to clear,

That's the subject of the day.

Hello,

My love.

I'm Karen Rumi.

I always forget that.

I'm a spiritual teacher and healer,

And I am here to talk about the resurgence of the energy of the ego when we are forgetting ourselves in the process.

Yeah,

So what is it exactly?

Exactly it is that we are right now living a very turbulent moment on Mother Earth's life.

And what is happening is like it's triggering us with different fears,

Unexpected events,

A lot of limitation in terms of movement,

Physical limitation,

You know,

No travel,

No social.

And actually,

No social is very important in the ego resurgence.

So all of these is creating a new energetics,

A new matrix of energies in our lives,

And then into ourselves.

So we are kind of triggered,

Surprised.

We are falling into a state of I don't understand.

I don't get it.

I'm not used to that.

Whoops,

I need to reevaluate everything here.

And that's when you are in a clear energy that you will or you would say that.

But actually,

When you are triggered,

What happened?

Your body of energy remembers,

Remembers this time when you were a child,

And the society was triggering you like,

Oops,

You think you're gonna express yourself really?

No,

You can't.

You think you can be free physically to go wherever you are,

Or you want to go?

No,

You can't.

So then,

At that moment,

You freaked out,

You panicked,

You understood,

You could not express the way you wanted.

You could not go wherever you wanted.

You could not shout out who you were completely,

Right?

So then create an ego,

You create an ego to fulfill the asks of the society around you.

You decide to create a new persona that's gonna be okay with the these rules that allow you in the society to survive,

To be liked,

Kind of loved,

Etc,

Etc.

And actually,

This moment of creation of the ego is very crucial in your matrix of energy,

In your whole energetics.

And this is a point of very sensitive emotional state also,

Because when you create your ego and a new persona,

It's not out of peaceful calmness,

Leisure,

Harmony.

It's from traumatic,

Emotional event,

Reaction,

Etc,

Etc.

So when you create your ego,

It starts from this moment.

And it's like a little knotted ball of different emotions,

Of different traumas,

Of different rebellious moments.

So all of this is tied together inside your heart.

It's tied inside your memory.

So what's happening now?

As we are triggered in our lives,

Like nothing is the same.

Everything seems like,

Wow,

I don't know what is the future coming to me.

I don't know if I have my job.

I don't know if my family is okay.

I don't know,

Whatever.

It's a lot of I don't know.

All the certainties of this life you have built so far are just dissipating.

There's no more certainty.

And that's the big lesson of this pandemic really.

And what happened is energetically you are going back to that knot,

That ball of emotion and energies when you created your ego,

When you were a small child.

So because that's a security mechanism,

You know,

It's exactly like when your car,

When you face an obstacle and you want to stop the car abruptly,

Then you have security.

I don't know how you say in English.

Well,

Anyway,

The security is out.

It's beeping.

It's shouting at you.

I don't know.

Be aware.

There is a big change,

A danger.

And then you pull out your security.

Right.

So here is the same.

Absolutely the same.

So your whole self is seeing,

Sensing,

Feeling,

Watching this society change and all your certainties in your human life.

Life is really going into a kind of dissipation,

A kind of no,

They are not real anymore.

They are not sure anymore.

Like the ground below your feet is trembling,

Dissipating,

Et cetera,

Et cetera.

Let's not be doomed and let's continue.

So mechanical response from your energetic body is go back to that creation of ego.

Like,

Okay,

Really strange situation of not being accepted or my soul is not expressing my personality.

Need to create something here.

My goal is trying to find solution.

So it stepped in the whole picture again with the energy of the past of this moment when you were a child and you created your ego.

So it brings a lot of emotional disturbance on top of what you are living right now.

So what is super important is to be aware because the world is bringing a sudden change,

Your ego is going to panic and go back to these emotions of the panicked child,

But also of how you created your ego.

And so it's bringing to you a lot of low energies,

A lot of emotional weakness,

Weaknesses.

So what is the key right now is to say,

Okay,

Situation is changing.

I am who I am or light indeed.

I am a soul.

I am geared to go through that change.

And if that change came to me,

It's not to threaten me.

It's to bring me into the right direction for my own transformation from the transmutation of the lower energy in myself that I'm keeping that have created all along my life too,

Because the ego is not only created during childhood,

You know,

It transformed moment by moment with all our limited thinking,

Fears,

Judgments,

Low emotions,

Shame,

Guilt,

Etc,

Etc.

So what we do,

We build up and build up this ego.

And now is the time to stand strong into your soul,

Into your deep energy,

Into your faith,

Into your trust,

Into who you are.

The world is changing,

And I'm not going to use the same keys of defense.

You're not going to defend yourself against the world,

Because it's shaming again,

Because that was the answer you had as a child and you were panicked because nobody was agreeing with you.

And now you are able to gather your strength,

To gather your faith,

Your beliefs into your soul state,

Into your soul energy,

Into your higher self energy,

Into your mastery,

Your spiritual mastery.

Everything that is happening right now has a reason.

And your soul has called yourself to be here,

Living that experience,

To go to the next step of who you are.

And actually,

Instead of going back to this ego reaction from fear and defensiveness,

It actually used that moment of disturbance,

Of craziness,

Of uncertainty,

Of destroying all our habits.

This energy that is a fiery energy of destruction of the old world,

Used it actually as an alchemical power to realize that your ego is not your love,

Is not your friend.

It's just bringing you to lower energy and lower emotion,

And you don't want that because you are ready for a new world.

So take that power,

A balcony of that destruction of the old world into yourself and use it and burn away your old ego reaction,

Your old ego heaviness that trust you carry on your back.

It's so heavy,

It's so limiting,

It doesn't allow you to visualize the new world that is coming to us,

Right?

Actually it's like electricity,

Minus and minus create positive.

So these destructive energies coming from the pandemic situation,

Use them in your favor.

Know that your ego can be cleared,

Can be transmuted into higher light so it becomes your ally.

Because if now in front of this incredible moment of change you believe into destruction,

Into fear,

What the world is going to be,

Look at the politics,

Look at this and that,

It's really doom,

Gloom.

Okay and then your ego said,

You see,

I told you that's the world you need to protect yourself and create another armor etc.

Etc.

No,

No,

No,

No,

Don't,

Don't repeat this karmic mistake.

No,

This time I'm using the energies of the world to transmute my low energies and create my new self and actually transmute the energies of my ego and tell the ego listen,

This time we're going to go above this wave and serve on it.

We're not going to be drawn by it,

By these doom energies.

I'm going to use the fire of destruction to actually create a fire inside myself to recognize everywhere that I accumulated and in this place that I'm not myself and I accumulated so much heaviness,

Judgment,

Guilt,

Shame,

And just saying that feels so releasing,

Re-empowering ourselves.

I just love it,

Just saying it,

I just feel the energy of it from Mother Earth,

From the cosmic energies.

Use that moment of life to renew yourself inside.

Don't repeat the mechanism of the ego.

Who you who are listening to me because I believe if you are listening to me you will receive that message and transmute a lot of low energy into pure light and you will allow your soul to stand strong,

Stand up and say no I'm not repeating that mistake again.

Whatever I'm leaving,

Whatever is proposed to me as an experience of fear,

Of contraction of who I am,

I don't want to contract,

I want to expand myself.

Realization and burn away the old,

Receive the new,

Receive the light of who you are.
