
When Feeling Unappreciated
For this meditation, find a quiet and comfortable place where you can sit or lie down undisturbed for a few minutes. Once you're comfortable, take a couple of deep breaths and relax your entire body. Begin by bringing to your mind a situation where you have felt unappreciated. This can be a recent situation or something that happened a while ago. Let yourself fully feel the emotions that come up, but also try to observe them with curiosity and without judgment.
