Deep breathe and place your hand on your heart.

Inhale,

Hold and exhale through your mouth.

Think of something you're struggling with right now.

Something you're beating yourself up about.

Soothe yourself by saying,

I'm having a hard time right now.

Everyone feels this way sometimes.

May I be kind to myself in this moment.

May I give myself the compassion I need.

Hug yourself tightly and deep breathe three times.

Inhale,

Hold and exhale through your mouth.

Inhale,

Hold and exhale through your mouth.

Last time,

Inhale,

Hold and exhale through your mouth.

Repeat this deep breathing process whenever you feel that you're losing your sanity.
