Begin by finding a comfortable position,
Whether it's sitting back in a chair,
On the floor,
Or lying down.
Take a moment to settle into the space,
Allowing your body to relax and your mind to let go of any tension.
Close your eyes if you're comfortable doing so.
Take a few deep cleansing breaths,
Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.
With each breath,
Let go of any stress or worries you may be carrying.
Now I invite you to imagine a beautiful waterfall above your head.
This waterfall can be of any color and move at any speed that feels right for you.
Visualize it cascading gracefully from above,
Entering from the crown chakra through the skull,
Past your brain,
Gently flowing down through your vocal cords,
Your neck,
Your back,
And following the path of your spine.
As the waterfall reaches the base of your spine,
Reverse its course,
Allowing the energy to flow back up.
You may picture it like a gentle stream of light or any other visual that resonates with you.
Continue this process a few more times,
Using your physical body to guide the energy downward and upward.
Now shift your focus to the center of your being,
Right at your navel.
This is your center of gravity,
Your point of connection with your inner self.
Pay close attention to the subtle rise and fall of your navel as you breathe.
As you continue to breathe and focus on your navel,
You'll begin to sense a pulsation of life emanating from this point.
It may feel like a gentle heartbeat,
A warm glow,
Or a radiant energy.
Remember,
It's perfectly natural for your mind to wander during this practice.
Whenever it does,
Just gently bring your focus back to your navel,
Where this pulsating energy resides.
You can even envision a radiant flame at the center,
Symbolizing your concentration.
Now ask for a matrix of support to surround you,
Infusing you with love.
If the idea of divine love doesn't resonate with you,
You can think of somebody who deeply loves you,
Or someone you care deeply for.
Feel the warmth and resonance of this love within your body,
While you keep your attention anchored at your navel.
As this love surrounds you,
Imagine it forming a protective container,
Embracing you with its gentle strength.
Know that this love can hold and soften any thoughts,
Emotions,
Or sensations that arise during this practice,
Transforming them into something healing and serene.
Now,
As you sit with your focus on your navel,
And the love surrounding you,
Contemplate the following questions.
What would it feel like in my body to know that I'm already whole and complete?
How would I navigate the world if I deeply understood that the essence within me is the same as in all aspects of life?
What would it feel like to embody the knowledge that I am inherently joyful,
Wise in spirit,
And forgiven for my past?
What if I recognized that my body is a temple of the divine,
Destined for beautiful experiences and acts of creation?
Imagine these feelings in your body,
Even if you don't currently experience them.
Bring these sensations into your being during this meditation.
Visualize yourself knowing with every fiber of your being that you are safe,
Regardless of external circumstances.
Picture the divine protecting your heart and mind with a profound sense of peace.
Imagine the feeling of being already healed,
Like a tree planted by the water.
Knowing that your actions,
Even if you don't feel it in this moment,
Visualize it.
Call it into your body.
Proclaim it,
And claim it as your birthright.
Envision yourself as beautiful,
Never alone,
More than enough,
In spirit,
Blessed,
A citizen of bliss,
And created for a brighter future.
Let these thoughts and feelings soften any old patterns or beliefs as the light within you continues to flow.
Maintain your focus on that light and sweetness for a few moments,
Basking in the sense of deep love,
Peace,
And wisdom.
And as we conclude this meditation,
Gently begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Feel the surface beneath you,
The air around you,
And the sounds in your environment.
Allow these sensations to anchor you in the here and now.
If it helps,
You can wiggle your toes and fingers,
Gradually awakening your body from its relaxed state.
Take a few more deep breaths,
Inhaling positivity and exhaling any remaining tension.
When you're ready,
Slowly and gently open your eyes.
Take a moment to reorient yourself to the room,
Noticing the colors,
Shapes,
And textures around you.
As you return to your daily life,
Carry with you the sense of love,
Inner peace,
And strength that you've cultivated during this meditation.
Remember that you can tap into the swell of serenity and wisdom that's inside of you whenever you need it.
May the peace and love you've experienced in this meditation stay with you throughout your day,
Nurturing your spirit and guiding your path.
