Welcome to this very short meditation intended to help you return to the divine within.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and gently exhale out through the mouth.

Again,

Inhale,

Receive,

Exhale,

Release.

Feel the ground beneath you.

Feel the support that has always been there,

Even when you forget.

Now bring your awareness to the heart,

Not just the physical organ,

But the inner heart.

The heart that knows,

The heart that remembers.

You don't need to fix anything right now.

You don't need to reach or achieve.

You're already enough,

Exactly as you are.

Let your breath soften.

Let your shoulders drop.

Let your belly expand.

Allow space,

Allow space to feel,

To listen,

To simply be.

There's something sacred about this moment.

Right here,

Right now.

The pause between doing,

The space where the divine breathes through you.

You are not separate.

You are not forgotten,

And you're deeply,

Deeply seen.

Feel the breath,

Rising,

Falling.

Feel how you're held by something greater,

A mercy that never runs out,

A love that existed before you were born.

If your mind wanders,

That's okay.

Just come back,

Gently,

Lovingly,

Like you would return to someone you missed.

Place your hand over your heart.

Let this be a reminder.

You are loved by the one who made you,

Who knows every beat of your heart,

Every worry you carry,

Every prayer you haven't spoken out loud.

You are not here by accident.

You are here for a reason.

And right now,

That reason is simply to be.

Breathe in.

Let yourself be filled with light.

Breathe out.

Let go of what you're not meant to carry.

You can always return to this place,

To this breath,

To this knowing,

To this remembrance.

The sacred is always near,

Closer than your breath,

Closer than your own thoughts.

When you're ready,

Gently begin to move your fingers.

Notice your body again.

Feel the room around you.

Take one more deep breath in gratitude.

And when you exhale,

Let it be a quiet thank you.

Thank you for showing up.

Thank you for remembering.

Thank you for being you.

As you move through your day,

Carry the stillness within.

You are held.

You are guided.

You are loved.
