Welcome to this very brief meditation for those of you that are experiencing ADHD and it's symptoms and you're feeling like you need to focus so Find a still place so you could be seating you could be standing you could be lying on the floor Take a nice deep inhale And a sigh And do that two more times deep inhale Bring your hand just pay attention to your hands moving with your breath Think about starting to expand your breath so your hands are moving You may notice your mind being super chattery when you do bring your awareness back to your hands All you need to do is focus on your hands right now Take a nice deep inhale And a sigh Now ask yourself What is the most important task for you to do after this?

And can you commit to doing it for 10 minutes and then in 10 minutes you can check in And see if you want to recommit Good work.
