I invite you to get comfortable.
Take a nice deep breath in.
Let it out with the sound.
One more time.
Begin to notice your breath.
On this next exhale,
See if you can notice some feelings arise.
Maybe there's some joy,
Relief.
No matter how your day was yesterday,
How is your now?
Keep noticing your breath.
Just keep being present with whatever.
Maybe instead of joy,
There's grief.
It's in that leap of faith that you take as you look,
As you become present to whatever is there.
It's a kindness to yourself.
Ultimately,
Maybe there's some fear,
A meeting tomorrow or a new job,
Whatever is true for you.
I grant you courage.
You're probably going to be okay.
There's no tigers,
There's no trains coming.
Maybe something reminds you of the past.
Maybe there was an unkindness done to you.
You're still hearing in your head.
In those moments,
It's such a gift,
Such courage you have to look.
If you're afraid to look,
I just invite you to just peek in a little bit.
See how it feels.
Maybe there's some relief.
And whatever you find,
I invite you to just put it out there in front of you and say some kindness to it,
To that part of you,
That old wound.
You're beautiful.
I release you in this moment.
You're beautiful,
A miracle.
I offer you a gift of no matter what you've been through,
Where you are now,
There's a place for you,
A seat for you.
As you go throughout your day,
Remember these words.
You're beautiful.
Keep going.
Just have a minute of it.
May you have a blessed morning or afternoon.
Or if you're laying down to sleep,
May you have beautiful dreams,
Knowing that you're held by infinite spirit,
Love,
And grace.
One last breath in.
