I invite you to find a comfortable position, Close your eyes, Let it out with a sound, Fully exhale. Oh, Higher power, Hold my hand as I face the storm. Oh, Hold my hand as I face the storm. Is there any adversity in your life today to remind you that you are not alone? Oh, Friend of mine, Hold my hand as I face the storm. Hold my hand as I swim ashore. Oh, Holy one, Hold my hand as I face the storm. Remembering that you're held by those around you, By nature, By the spirit of love. By the spirit of love. Oh. Oh. Oh. Deep breath in. Oh, Child of mine, Child of love, You are held. You are by us all. I invite you to go out into the world. I invite you to take this with you as you face adversity, Decisions. You are not alone. You're held by the wind, By the rain, And the snow. Birds on high, Plants below. For we're all one, All here together. All the same force of loving, Kind, Caring, Of love, Light, And beauty. Help those around you to remember that they're held. Offer your hand, Remembering that we're all the same. In the eyes of love. Oh. Remember to breathe.
