My name is Mimi and I will be your guide for this meditation.
Inner Works Secrets,
Raising your vibration.
So I invite you to find somewhere comfortable where we can sit upright.
You might want to perch yourself against a wall,
The back of a chair,
Shuffle against the back of the bed or in a seated position on a cushion,
A yoga mat,
Whatever works for you.
And if you're feeling a little bit low,
This meditation is going to lift your energy.
Raise your vibrations,
Lift your mood,
Enhancing this moment,
This day.
So get comfy as you root down through your sit bones.
Lift and lengthen up through your spine.
Soften your shoulders and just take a little bit of movement in your neck,
Releasing any tightness.
Bring your hands and rest them over your heart center.
And a beautiful way to begin this meditation,
To raise our vibration,
Is to place a smile up on your face.
And even if this feels a little bit uncomfortable or you're not too sure what you're smiling about right now,
We'll delve into this deeper within this practice.
But for now,
Just lift your corners of your lips up towards your cheeks and breathe into your heart and just say the words,
Thank you.
Thanking yourself for arriving in this moment,
Showing up to take this time for you to raise your vibration.
Breathe into your heart space.
Take a big sigh out through your mouth as you release your hands and rest them down in your lap.
Are you still smiling?
Take a few slow breaths.
Let the shoulders relax,
Let your face relax.
Putting to one side any to-do lists.
Putting to one side any chores or any expectations for the rest of the day.
I invite you just for the next few minutes to be fully present.
Present in each and every moment.
And seeing yourself,
Visualising yourself,
Sitting there comfortably in all your beauty.
Surrounded by a glorious light.
See this light radiating from the inside out.
Take a few more slow breaths.
As you breathe out you might want to take some sighs as you just let go of any of those limiting beliefs,
Any of those little thoughts that are appearing that are not serving you right now.
We can welcome them and we can bid them farewell.
Now is your time to raise your vibration.
Are you still smiling?
If your smile has dropped,
Bring that smile back on your face.
And even though we may not know what we're smiling about,
Our body recognises the smile and it releases those feel good happy hormones into our body.
Everything is energy.
Everything holds a vibration,
A frequency.
And what we're doing now is we are lifting our vibration,
Raising our vibration.
We're going to do this through the power of visualisation.
We're going to feel this.
So as you sit here,
I invite you to take yourself back to a memory,
A point in your life,
An experience of your own or something that you may have seen that brings joy.
Can be anything at all.
It could be dancing to some music,
Playing with a puppy,
A childhood memory,
Climbing a tree,
A smile of a stranger.
Just bring yourself into the experience of this moment,
This moment that made you smile from ear to ear.
So visualising this in your mind's eye.
We're now going to step into the feeling.
So what do you see?
Allow all of your senses to embrace this visualisation.
What do you see?
All the colours all around you.
What do you hear?
What do you taste?
What do you smell?
And what,
How do you feel?
So I invite you to step into this experience.
We're going to brighten the colours,
We're going to increase the sound,
We're going to intensify each and every sensation,
Just fully embracing and living this experience right now.
Knowing it to sink into every cell of your being.
Whether you're smiling,
You're laughing,
You're taking it all in,
Just feel it here right now.
Bring this feeling into the centre of your heart.
Knowing this joy,
This vibration lies within you.
Everything is within you.
And you can take this vibration with you into every aspect of your life.
When you're feeling a little bit down,
A little bit lost or unmotivated,
Come back.
Come back to your centre,
Come back to your heart,
Come back to your vision and raise your vibration.
Notice the sensations you feel in your body.
You might feel a tingling,
You might feel the temperatures.
Just notice what you feel,
Bring your hands,
Place them back over your heart.
Keep that beautiful smile glowing.
Visualising that light radiating from within,
From the inside out.
Raising your vibration as you see this glowing beyond your body.
Keep this light shining bright.
Believing in your dreams,
Believing in you.
Give yourself some kind words,
Give yourself some love.
You can say this within your mind's eye or you can say this out loud.
Tell yourself how beautiful you are,
How amazing you are.
You love and you accept every part of yourself,
Even the messy bits.
I invite you to notice how you're feeling now.
Has your vibration raised?
Are we feeling joy?
Are we feeling excitement?
Are we feeling positive?
Are we feeling more focus,
More clarity?
Opening up to the limitless possibilities that are born within each and every one of us.
Take this all in with your smile,
Raising your vibration.
