Welcome to the inner work secrets meditation.
So making yourself comfortable,
Maybe even lying down on the couch,
On your bed,
On a yoga mat,
Preparing to drift deeply into relaxation.
Taking a moment to settle in,
You may want to put a blanket over you,
A small cushion under your head.
I want to dim the lights,
Close the curtains,
Just settling in and taking this time to relax.
Allow your body to soften.
Tension and stress dissolving away.
Begin to take some slow breaths in and out through your nose.
On each exhale,
Your body becomes more relaxed as you drift deeper and deeper within.
There's nothing else you need to do or nowhere else you need to be.
Your time to relax,
Arriving in a state of peacefulness,
Of tranquility.
Take a few more slow breaths,
Relaxing any parts of your body that are feeling tense,
Send your awareness,
Send words of relaxation into these parts.
I invite you to come to your imagination,
Visualizing yourself walking down a pathway surrounded by fields upon fields of beautiful flowers,
Surrounded by the sounds of nature.
Warm gentle breeze as it caresses your skin.
As you slowly walk down this pathway,
Taking in all of the surroundings.
Letting in the smell,
The sounds,
The sensations.
Keep walking.
Mindfully and slowly.
And in the distance,
You see a clearing and a beautiful blanket lay upon the fresh grass,
Welcoming you,
Surrounded by candles and flowers.
Take yourself into this clearing and lie yourself down.
Sun begins to set and the sky becomes a mix of colours,
Orange,
Amber,
Pink.
It's basking in the sunset.
Feeling safe.
Feeling connected to the earth beneath you.
Beginning to drift deeper and deeper within.
As you relax,
Your dreams appear in your mind's eye.
It might be a dream for tomorrow,
A dream for in a year's time.
A place you wish to be,
A person you wish to be with,
Something you desire.
See this vision clearly in your mind's eye.
Embody every feeling,
Every colour,
Every sound,
Every sensation as if this is your reality stepping into your dream.
Stay with this vision.
Stay with the feelings,
Brightening the colours,
Increasing the volume,
Heightening the sensations.
Feel this dream in every cell of your being.
This dream is your truth,
Is your reality.
We're going to take this dream with us into our sleep,
Into our relaxation.
Just knowing it's there within always.
Just resting here for a little while longer.
Believing,
Knowing,
Surrendering to your vision,
To your dream,
To your desires.
Can I either stay here drifting into a deep sleep or slowly awakening your body,
Coming back to your breath and continuing with your day.

Just relax and let go.
