Hi and welcome to Inner Work Secrets.

My name's Mimi and I will be your guide for this meditation.

Inner Work Healing.

So firstly,

Find a place to get yourself comfortable.

This can be sat on the floor,

Lay down on your bed,

On a chair,

Just any place where you're going to feel at ease for the next 10-15 minutes.

And just begin to settle into your space,

Allowing yourself to relax.

Let your body soften and any tension melt away.

Giving yourself this time to heal.

Bringing your awareness to your breath.

As you breathe in through the nose and breathe out through the nose.

With each exhalation,

Finding a calmness wash over your entire body.

As any tension begins to ease away,

Any tightness begins to melt.

You allow yourself to relax.

Stay with the breath as you breathe in and breathe out through your nose.

Let your shoulders soften.

The features on your face to relax.

Giving yourself this time to heal.

Bringing your focus to any parts of your body that feel a little tense in this moment.

And just send vibrations of softness into these spaces.

Breathing in through your nose and as you exhale,

Relax a little bit deeper.

This is the meditation of healing,

Of releasing and letting go.

Releasing any fears,

Any worries,

Any anxieties,

Any pain,

Any suffering,

Anything that no longer serves you.

As you're now feeling more relaxed,

We're going to begin the process of healing our mind,

Body and soul.

Noticing in your body without overthinking or analyzing,

Just trusting your intuition,

Your knowing.

Where are you holding on to any fears,

Any darkness,

Any suffering?

Just bring your focus to this area.

Breathe into this space.

And as you breathe out,

Just using the words,

I release.

I release.

Breathing in lightness and as you exhale,

Release and soften.

As this fear begins to evaporate away into thin air.

Take a few more breaths.

I'm visualizing bringing a beautiful light into this space,

A light of love,

A light of kindness.

As you breathe in healing,

Nourishing your mind,

Your body and soul.

Let's move on to any other fears,

Worries or stresses in our life.

What is something that you're ready to release?

Just notice that thought and notice where you're holding on to this in your body without over analyzing or criticizing.

Just feel trusting your intuition,

Your knowing,

Bring your awareness to this space.

You don't need to know what the worry is,

You might just sense a tightness,

A heaviness,

A darkness.

Breathe into this space.

And as you breathe out,

Saying the words,

I release.

As you exhale,

Release,

Letting go of whatever it is that no longer serves you.

Any pain or suffering evaporating and dissolving away into thin air.

And then bringing into this space your beautiful light.

A light of love.

A light of kindness.

And let it go.

And noticing in your body any other places,

Anywhere you feel tense,

Heavy,

Sticky and dark.

You might be able to bring your awareness to a thought,

A memory,

A belief that no longer serves you and then feel this in your body without over analyzing or criticizing.

Trusting your intuition,

Your inner knowing.

Feel this in your body as you breathe into this space.

As you breathe out,

Repeating the words,

I release.

Inhaling deeply,

Exhale,

I release.

Allowing yourself to let go with ease.

And then into this space,

Bringing in your beautiful light.

A light of love.

A light of kindness,

Healing,

Nourishing.

And then allow yourself to let go.

And you can continue this process throughout your days.

Within your meditation.

As and when you wish.

But for now,

Just let yourself be.

Fully relaxed.

Simply being.

Allowing and trusting your body and your mind to heal.

Coming back to your breath as we begin to just slowly move the body,

Maybe wiggling the fingers and the toes.

As you begin to gently awaken,

Feeling refreshed and recharged,

A sense of deep release,

Of inner healing.

Bringing your hands and resting them over your heart as you give love and gratitude to yourself for taking this time and this space for you to heal.

A smile on your face.

A warm embrace.
