Welcome to A Messy Kind of Beautiful.
My name is Mimi and I will be guiding this meditation.
So get yourself comfortable either seated or lying down.
And just take a few moments to settle in.
If you're seated be sure that your spine is long and you're sitting upright and tall.
And if you're lying down just let your entire body relax and sink into the surface.
Close down your eyes.
Beginning this meditation by giving yourself gratitude or putting this time aside for you.
It's time to let go of old stories that no longer serve you.
To release negative beliefs,
Limiting beliefs.
And to create and manifest the life of your dreams.
Begin to connect in with your breath.
As your body relaxes and your mind begins to calm.
Breathe in through your nose.
Take a sigh out through your mouth.
Inhale through your nose.
Exhale,
Sigh out through your mouth.
Releasing any tension,
Any tightness.
Soften and melt.
Continue with these slow mindful breaths for a little while longer.
Relax your face.
Relaxing your eyes and the space between your eyes.
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Any worries to melt away.
Giving yourself permission to release.
Release that which no longer serves you in your life anymore.
That which holds you back from living the life of your dreams.
Sigh it out,
Release it,
Let go.
Relaxing your chest and your abdomen.
Your hips,
Your legs.
A wave of relaxation.
Washing down your entire body.
As your awareness goes deeper and deeper within.
Inhaling,
Let the exhaling go.
Inhaling,
Let exhaling go.
With each breath going within deeper and deeper to a safe space.
A peaceful space.
Calm and relaxed.
Allow yourself to sink and melt like an ice cube dropped in warm water.
Slowly softening.
Delving deeper within.
And as we rest in this space,
We're going to plant some positive seeds.
Some affirmations.
Allow these affirmations to sink into your entire body,
Into every cell.
Every day I am moving towards my best life.

I now release everything that is not serving me.

Taking these affirmations with you throughout your day.
Taking these positive thoughts and releasing and letting go of that which no longer serves you.
Letting go of old stories and creating and manifesting the life of your dreams.
