Hello,

Welcome.

Welcome to this exercise of setting your intention for your day.

Take a moment and find a place where you can sit with your feet flat on the floor,

Your back straight in a chair,

And your palms either face up to receive or palms down to release as you sit in a chair.

I invite you to gently close your eyes,

Taking in a nice big breath in through your nose,

Holding it at the top and exhaling through your mouth.

Again,

Big inhale in through your nose,

Holding it at the top of the breath,

Dropping your shoulders if they're up near your ears,

And exhale through your mouth,

Pulling your belly button to your spine.

Third breath,

Big inhale in through your nose,

Hold it at the top of the breath,

And exhale through your mouth,

Pulling your belly button to your spine.

Just bring your breath back to normal.

Just be aware of your body sitting in the chair.

Just feel the weight of your body being supported by the chair.

Feel your feet on the ground.

Bring your awareness to your heart beating in your chest,

Having gratitude that this does the work automatically.

You don't even have to think about it.

And as we're sitting here together,

I want to invite you to think about the day that you have in front of you.

Think about an experience that you have planned.

I invite you now to play along and see that experience happening the way you would love for it to unfold.

Wonderful.

Now that you have created the experience in the future,

I would like you to know that by setting this intention,

You are calling this in from your future into your present.

And know that this can happen.

This is truth.

By setting that intention and now releasing it into the universe,

Out to source,

And say to yourself,

This and so much more.

And understand that you have now created the experience by setting the intention and you are open to receiving however way the universe wants to conspire on your behalf to manifest this experience.

Smile to yourself and give thanks.

Wiggle your toes and fingers.

Take in a nice big breath.

Open your eyes.

This is the end of setting your intention session.
