Hello,
Welcome to Building the Sanctuary for Setting Intention.
Take a moment and center yourself.
We'll do this by practicing a breathing technique to get you in your body,
Present in your body.
Sitting in a comfortable position with your eyes closed,
Taking a big breath in through your nose,
Hold it at the top,
And exhale through your mouth.
Again,
Big inhale in through your nose,
Hold it at the top of the breath,
Drop your shoulders if they're up near your ears,
Big exhale through your mouth,
Pulling your belly button back to your spine.
Third inhale,
Big inhale in through your nose,
Hold it at the top,
Drop your shoulders,
Pull in a little more,
Hold it,
I know it's getting uncomfortable,
Hold it,
And exhale through your mouth,
Pulling the belly button to the spine.
Bring your breath back to normal,
Let out a sigh.
Now that you're present and in your body,
Let's spend the next few minutes setting up your inner sanctuary.
Imagine yourself in some beautiful natural environment.
It can be any place that appeals to you,
Makes you feel relaxed.
It could be the beach,
The top of a mountain,
Or a location in the forest.
Wherever this is,
It should feel comfortable,
Pleasant,
And peaceful to you.
Nod your head once you are there.
Good.
Take a moment and explore your sanctuary,
Noticing the visual details,
The sounds,
The smells,
Any particular feelings or impressions that you get in this place.
You may want to take a moment and surround this new sanctuary with beautiful golden light.
Bring in this light for protection and safety,
And know that the space is sacred and special for you.
From now on,
This is your own inner personal sanctuary,
To which you can return at any time just by closing your eyes and desiring to be here.
You will always find it healing and relaxing to be here.
It is a place of special power for you,
And you may wish to go here every time you do creative visualization work.
You may find that sometimes your sanctuary spontaneously changes from time to time,
Or that you may want to make changes.
It's all good.
Remember,
The only thing constant is change,
And you will need to allow this space to change as you shift in vibration and grow in your experience.
While we are here,
Let's use this time to create a new blueprint to help you create a clear picture of what you want to put out into the universe as an aid in creative visualization.
This process will assist you in becoming clearer on the goal that you wish to obtain.
Think of a goal that is important to you.
It can be a long range or a short range goal.
Now,
See yourself in this creative visualization being your best.
See yourself,
Whether it's in a healthy relationship you're calling in,
A new job,
The next level of what your business is building.
See yourself in this newness,
In this future that you're calling forward into your present.
How does it feel?
Are you excited?
How is this new you in the future looking to you right now?
What are the sounds,
The smells?
What's the setting,
The environment?
Take a moment and stay here in this experience and take it all in.
Okay,
Good.
I want you to remember that you can come back here as often as you want by just doing a few simple steps.
Now,
Let's bring your awareness back into your body.
Take in a breath,
Smile,
Wiggle your toes and your fingers,
Stretch out your hands and your legs,
Taking in a couple deep breaths.
And on the third breath,
I want you to gently open your eyes.
Find a notebook and a pencil.
And I want you to think of that goal that you thought about and visualize that's important to you.
Write down the goal as clearly as possible in a couple sentences.
Then,
I want you to write down the ideal scene.
And I want you to proceed to describe the situation exactly as you would like it to be when the goal is finally accomplished.
Describe it in the present tense as if it already exists in as much detail as you can.
When you're finished,
Write at the bottom,
This or something better is now manifesting for me in totally satisfying and harmonious ways.
Add any other affirmation you wish to this.
Then,
Sign your name.
Keep your journal with you so you can open it often and reread this visualized.
Keep your journal with you so you can open it often and reread and visualize your goal.
You may even want to take a picture of it with your phone so you have it with you at all times when you need that spark of inspiration or that extra courage to set forth on creating the goal,
Bringing it into the present moment.
I hope you enjoyed this meditation and I hope you check out other meditations I have available.
See you again soon.
