Hello,
And welcome to the Healing Lab meditation.
I want to take you on a journey to heal some part of yourself that is asking for attention.
Let's get started.
Sitting with your eyes closed or lying down in a reclined position,
That works also.
I'm going to invite you to just gently close your eyes.
Let's bring our focus inward.
Let's bring the focus inward by taking some grounding breaths.
So big inhale in through your nose,
Holding it at the top of the breath,
And exhaling through your mouth.
Again,
Big inhale in through your nose,
Hold it at the top of the breath,
And exhale through your mouth.
Third inhale,
Big inhale in through your nose,
Hold it at the top of the breath,
Bring in a little more,
Drop your shoulders if they're up by your ears,
Exhale through your mouth,
Pulling your belly button to your spine.
Wonderful.
Just bring your breath back to normal.
Be aware of what's happening in your body.
If you need to make any adjustments to be comfortable,
Now's the time to do it.
And as you're sitting in the chair or lying in a reclining position,
Just feel the weight of your body being supported by whatever you are leaning on.
Feel the weight of your body getting heavier and heavier.
And with your eyes continuing to stay closed,
With your mind's eye,
Just imagine that in front of you appears an elevator.
And I want to invite you to just walk toward the elevator and see the doors open and you step inside.
I want you to turn in the elevator so you're facing the doors and watch the doors close.
And feel the elevator move down,
Dropping down a level.
Feel the weight of your body getting heavier,
Going down another layer and down one more time.
And feel the elevator stop and the doors open and you step out beyond the doors into a healing lab.
Just look around the lab with your mind's eye and take in the surroundings of the lab.
What are some of the smells that you're experiencing?
And as you're walking around the lab,
I want you to bring your focus into your body.
What is the ailment today that needs fixing?
If you have a limb that's been giving you problems,
Look around the lab and find a spare limb,
Whether it's an elbow,
A wrist,
A finger,
A knee,
A shoulder.
Slide the spare part off the shelf and place it in the space of the limb that's giving you problems.
If you've been having stomach issues,
I invite you to look around the lab and find some intestines.
Grab them off the shelf and place them in your abdomen and feel the healthy part that you've replaced with the part that's been giving you problems.
If you have more than one ailment,
Walk around the lab and find what you need.
If you've had a foggy brain,
Look for a brain that looks sharp and clear,
Radiating beautiful yellow light from it.
The light might even change colors.
Grab the brain.
Put the brain into your head.
Give yourself clarity and focus.
Whatever it is that you feel you need,
I invite you to take the time in the lab and fix all the parts that are giving you problems.
I invite you now to finish up what you're working on and make your way toward the elevator doors.
As you approach the doors,
They're going to open and you will step inside.
As you step inside,
Turn around and face the lab and just have gratitude.

As the doors close,
Just feel the elevator rise up to one level,
Continuing to rise up a second level and coming up to the main level where we began and feel the elevator stop and the doors open and you step outside of the doors and you continue to walk till you find the space where you are right now,
Whether it's lying down or sitting on the floor,
Sitting on a chair.
I invite you to take that position,
Being aware of your surroundings,
Wiggling your toes and fingers,
Stretching out your legs and arms,
Closing out our session by saying we give thanks.
You can smile to yourself.
You can open your eyes and just know that you can visit this healing lab anytime you need it.
